  • Lego and 2k Games Announce a New Racing Game Set in the World of Bricks

Lego and 2k Games Announce a New Racing Game Set in the World of Bricks

A brand-new video game will be revealed on March 23 by LEGO and 2K Games. In a brief teaser video posted by the official LEGO Twitter account today, a reporter is just about to break a big story about a brand-new LEGO driving game from 2K when she discovers that she can’t show off anything!

Official LEGO Twitter account shares a tweet about the new video game trailer: We are not supposed to say anything but tune in for March 23rd”

Two posters can be seen behind the reporter, one of which reads “Octane Racing” and the other, “Vita Rush Racing.” It’s obvious that this will be a racing game set in the LEGO universe, but it’s also clear that neither company is ready to reveal anything else.

Video games based on “traditional” LEGO designs and minifigs, like LEGO City Undercover, as well as licensed crossover titles, like LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, have all been released for the LEGO franchise over the years.

It’s pretty clear from the video that this won’t be based on a particular license. The announcement on Thursday should provide a lot of specific information about the game, including a release date and some gameplay footage.

It’s important to keep in mind that if this is truly a brand-new LEGO Racing game, it wouldn’t be the first! In 1999, LEGO Racers was made available for the PC, PlayStation, and Nintendo 64.

There was a single-player mode where players could compete in a variety of races, as well as local multiplayer. The appeal was that players could acquire new Minifigure accessories and bricks, which they could use to make their unique designs.

Despite the game’s popularity, there are many ways that LEGO and 2K Games could make it better, especially for contemporary platforms. Fans will simply have to wait patiently to find out what can be anticipated from this new game for the time being.

  • Valve Files New CS2 Trademarks: Is a New Counter-Strike Game on the Horizon?

Valve Files New CS2 Trademarks: Is a New Counter-Strike Game on the Horizon?

This month, Valve filed several very intriguing new trademark applications, and they might be connected to the rumors that a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive sequel is in the works.

The business recently submitted two trademark applications for a product known only as “CS2.” Many, however, assume this is a filing for the Counter-Strike series because the trademark’s additional details reveal that it is a game and may involve some level of competition.

    Aquarius stated in a tweet:

According to PC Gamer, these most recent “CS2” trademarks were located on the US Patent and Trademark Office website. Valve registered both trademarks on March 14, 2023.

The first CS2 trademark simply states “video game software,” which is probably sufficient to make some inferences and officially link Valve, CS2, and video games.

The second trademark is a little clearer and sounds very much like what Valve and Counter-Strike fans would expect from a future installment of the series:

Respawn Opens New Studio to Support Apex Legends: The Battle Royale Franchise Built to Last

Respawn has announced today that a new location will be opening in Madison, Wisconsin. This most recent addition might work on other initiatives in the future, but for the time being, it will be concentrating on Apex Legends support.

Ryan Burnett, a former director of engine production for Epic Games, is now the studio director. He also worked for Raven Software for 14 years. To expand the studio, the Madison branch collaborates closely with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.

In 2019, Respawn established a support facility for Apex Legends in Vancouver. It appears that Electronic Arts and Respawn want to keep the battle royale genre expanding with this new studio.

Burnett claims that the branch is an expansion of the core Apex team that will work with the studios in LA and Vancouver, not a remote live ops department, in an interview with the new studio leads for GamesIndustry.biz.

Apex Legends: A Franchise Built to Last 10-15 Years

Three locations may seem like a lot, but Respawn seems to have big plans for Apex Legends, particularly in terms of its longevity. Game director Steven Ferreira discusses how long-term the development of Apex is in response to a question about crunch and quality of life.

Apex Legend News Drop a tweet on Twitter:

“Team health is a top priority for us because we’re in this for the long haul,” Ferreira said.

“We believe in Apex as a franchise that’s going to be around for 10, 15 years or more and we’re excited to make that happen. To do that, we can’t just put everything all upfront, burn ourselves out and not be ready to do that in the long haul.”

That’s a long time, but Apex Legends has persevered as an online game after the online game shut down. Maybe there is a bright future for this battle royale. God willing, that will eventually include more Titanfall games.

  • Destiny 2 Best New PvE And PvP Weapon: The Strand SMG

Destiny 2 Best New PvE And PvP Weapon: The Strand SMG

Even with several new weapons over the last few seasons, I’ve never seen any of them create a frenzy quite like this. It has been a very long time since Bungie crammed a piece of loot this good into Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2.

I’m referring to the new Aggressive Frame, Strand SMG, and The Immortal rewards from the Trials of Osiris this season. The good news is that PvP players now have something new and incredibly valuable to chase after in the mode.

The bad news is that it is so effective that everyone is using it; this weekend, it has approximately a million more Trials kills than its closest rival.

More good news for PvE players: this is one of only two Strand SMGs in the game, the only Legendary primary type that is currently worth anything, and it is superior to the other Neomuna SMG because it can also roll Strand-exclusive perk hatchling.

Destiny 2 Best New PvE And PvP Weapon
Destiny 2 Best New PvE And PvP Weapon

The bad news is that you must play Trials to obtain it. As there is only a day or so left for Trials this week, where the SMG is the Adept featured flawless reward, I am writing this late.

I’m addressing my fellow bad PvE players, though, who know that a quest for an SMG that isn’t adept can take the entire season. Saint must reach Trials rank 10, which required me to play a few dozen games at, oh, let’s say, a 1 in 3 win rate, at best.

Most likely worse. When you reach rank 10, however, you’ll have 8 or 9 engrams where you can concentrate for rolls of this.

Does the god roll? Whether you’re aiming for PvP or PvE will determine this:

PvP – Rangefinder/Target Lock. This thing’s Target Lock is so effective that I’m concerned that it might receive a nerf. Threat Detector or Dynamic Sway could be used in the absence of a Rangefinder. In case Target Lock is weakened, I also have a Dynamic Sway/Tap the Trigger.

PvE – Threat Detector/Hatchling. Although I also have a Demolitionist one that I think would be entertaining with Strand grapple, Hatchling is what you want on this thing. Surplus/Hatchling is my role, which I am enjoying very much.

Why is the Immortal So Good?

First off, its base stats are simply amazing. Second, its perk pool offers both modes everything you could need. Third, it has access to the brand-new perk Field Tested, which provides even greater stat boosts on the damage.

You may also check some latest news about Destiny 2:

Fourthly, it does have an adept version if you can get it, which automatically elevates above most other weapons with extra stats and more mods. I’ll be honest—before the flawless pool went live or even after—I didn’t enjoy my time with Trials.

However, now that I have it, I am thoroughly enjoying it. It took me a day and a half of suffering to get something that, in my opinion, stands out among the ten trillion other guns that frequently blend in the loot pool. I do believe it is worthwhile to purchase a copy if you can handle the grind.

Bandai Namco has just published some player statistics for your perusal, including the unavoidable death tolls, in honor of Elden Ring’s one-year anniversary. Publisher not only reveals the most well-liked bosses, spells, and incantations, but also the number of times players died due to various causes.

How Many Times Did Players Die in Elden Ring?

Over 9 billion deaths have been recorded by players in the game’s nearly 13-month lifespan. The death statistics show that over 6.2 billion deaths were caused by enemies and non-player characters, while only about 180 million were caused by another Elden Ring player.

Elden Ring Player Death Stats Revealed
Elden Ring Player Death Stats Revealed

In addition, 1.35 billion players perished from status effects like poison, scarlet rot, blood loss, frostbite, sleep, madness, and death blight. This resulted in roughly 1.26 billion players dying from falling to their deaths.

Zullie shares a tweet about this:

In the Elden Ring, there have been almost 6 billion attempts to defeat a boss. Malenia is by far the most well-liked of these, having been the subject of 329 million boss encounters, followed closely by Margit, the game’s first boss, with 281 million encounters, and Limgrave, with 277 million.

    More from Elden Ring:

While Blessing of the Erdtree was the most acquired incantation elsewhere, Rock Sling was the most popular spell there—possibly as players get ready for the upcoming Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

  • Fallout 4 Mod Adds Mechanic That Would Be Great For Perfect for Potential Fallout 5 Game

Fallout 4 Mod Adds Mechanic That Would Be Great For Perfect for Potential Fallout 5 Game

A brand-new feature that was recently added to a Fallout 4 mod would be ideal for a potential Fallout 5 game. Fallout 5’s most desired features are still up for debate among gamers, but Bethesda may not confirm anything specific for some time.

Gamers around the world are curious as to what Fallout 5’s main feature will be. Fallout 4’s settlement-building feature, which Bethesda first unveiled back in 2015, is still being used to create amazing builds today.

It increased Fallout 4’s replayability and gave Bethesda’s post-apocalyptic world yet another layer of complexity. The creator would add more items to use with the settlement-building feature through several DLCs.

Unsurprisingly, modders have also continued to broaden the possibilities for settlement construction, with many of them removing some of the limitations that came with the feature in the base game.

    Fallout 4 Mod Adds Mechanic
    Fallout 4 Mod Adds Mechanic

The Fallout 4 mod is called Shield Integration Project, and user driPITTY_ posted a video of it in use on Reddit. In the video, various shields, including riot shields and even an energy shield, are shown in action, deflecting enemy bullets.

It’s a feature that has never been seen in a Fallout game, but it would fit right in Fallout 5, especially given how unpolished the Fallout world is. It’s possible that it hasn’t been possible until recently because Bethesda games’ past issues have frequently been caused by the game engine more than by any other issue.

[FO4][PC] Atlast, working shields in Fallout 4
    byu/driPITTY_ inFalloutMods

The user continues to describe the features of the mod in more detail in the comments. Players can shield-bash enemies by using the shields, making them effective offensive and defensive weapons.

Although melee hasn’t always been the most straightforward gameplay mode in Fallout games, this mod may change that in the future. Unfortunately, unlike shields in other shooters like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, it does not shield the player from behind when equipped, even though sheathing it causes odd positioning.

Hopefully, this is something that can be fixed, as it would give the mod a little more immersion. No matter when Fallout 5 comes out, Bethesda must keep allowing modding support for the games.

Here you can check some latest news:

For the past eight years, the Fallout 4 modding community has kept the game alive. As a result of the devoted modders who keep adding fresh features to the game, Bethesda’s other flagship RPG, Skyrim, continues to have a sizable player base.

Since Bethesda is known for employing skilled modders to work on its games, hopefully, Fallout 5 will incorporate some elements from previously released mods.

  • Diablo 4 Early Access Beta Hotfix Improves Stability and Queue Times

Diablo 4 Early Access Beta Hotfix Improves Stability and Queue Times

The ongoing early access beta for Diablo 4 has received a hotfix from Blizzard that enhances server stability and queue times. The launch of the Diablo 4 beta this past Friday, which is only available to those who have placed pre-orders, eaten KFC Double Down, and won giveaways, was not without its hiccups.

When the beta first launched, queue times of more than two hours grew, and a mix of disconnects and performance problems ruined the experience. However, Blizzard has been nimble in its response, as evidenced by its most recent hotfix.

Blizzard acknowledged several significant issues during the Diablo 4 early access beta in a message distributed to the community.

The most frequent problems were listed as rubberbanding while moving between zones, being unable to join a party at times, being disconnected and forced to restart due to party errors, and PC performance issues for specific hardware.

Diablo 4 Early Access Beta Hotfix Improves Stability and Queue Times
Diablo 4 Early Access Beta Hotfix Improves Stability and Queue Times

The Diablo 4 beta’s queue times and general server stability, however, were at the top of the list. Since that update, Blizzard has confirmed that hotfixes have been released, which should significantly enhance a few features of the Diablo 4 beta.

The most recent hotfix fixed a bug that resulted from an earlier hotfix that reduced the length of beta queues on consoles and caused endless queues. Additionally, the Blizzard development team had been tracking server stability issues that these hotfixes specifically addressed.

This Sunday’s early access beta players should have a seamless gaming experience and breeze through the Diablo 4 queue.

    Diablo dropped a tweet:

There are still a lot of problems that haven’t been solved. The Diablo 4 beta world boss event didn’t spawn for some players at its scheduled time on Saturday night, and rubberbanding is still a frustrating issue.

Although these problems are still being monitored, they might not be resolved by the time the beta test ends tonight. The biggest issues raised by players will hopefully be addressed by Blizzard before the open beta starts the following weekend.

On March 24, it will begin at 9:00 AM PDT/Noon EDT and run through the following weekend. All players on all supported platforms are welcome to participate. Having said that, the influx of players will probably result in prolonged queue times once more, so be prepared and cautious.

Click the link below to uncover the latest news on Diablo 4:

Technical problems in a beta test for a game that is still months away from release are to be expected. However, given that Diablo fans have been waiting for years to play Diablo 4, frustration is understandable.

If there is one lesson to be learned from the beta, it is that Blizzard has responded quickly to the most pressing issues and has been transparent about its progress.

For one weekend, Diablo fans should be content with where Diablo 4 is at. It could be more communicative and there are still a lot of problems to fix.

  • Diablo 4 Gameplay Leaked: Early Look at User Interface and Barbarian Combat Style

Diablo 4 Gameplay Leaked: Early Look at User Interface and Barbarian Combat Style

Online videos of Diablo 4 gameplay have surfaced. The 36-minute-long video provides more information about the game precisely one day before the beta early access period for fans who pre-ordered Diablo 4 opened.

Diablo 4’s development has not been simple. Key team members left throughout the game’s development, which led to significant delays. But in addition to the lengthy development process, there have already been other leaked footage, and some fans are questioning the caliber of the upcoming Diablo game.

    Diablo 4 Gameplay Leaked
    Diablo 4 Gameplay Leaked

The biggest issue surfaced after Diablo Immortal, an MMO adaptation of the game series was released. Players began to be concerned about whether Diablo 4 would use pay-to-win strategies after fans discussed their difficulties with Diablo Immortal and the need to invest significant sums of money in the game to stay competitive.

Asmongold, a devoted Diablo supporter, voiced these concerns about Diablo 4 in addition to criticizing the in-game advantages the Deluxe Edition will bring to those who buy it.

Some gameplay and a significant portion of the user interface are shown in the leaked video that first appeared on Reddit. The video is of poor quality, and it is clear from the areas that are shown that Diablo 4 is either partially or completely unfinished and that the leak originates from earlier in the game’s development.

Insider Gaming shares a tweet: Diablo 4 Gameplay LEAKED On Reddit”

Not to mention the “close beta final boss” marker for the boss battle. The interface of the game seems a little more straightforward than in earlier iterations, and the absence of the familiar gargoyles and angels lessens its gothic feel.

It can be assumed that the player character in the leaked video is a barbarian based on the armor set, combat style, and what is displayed in the skill tree.

It’s also important to point out that the video has loud music playing the entire time if anyone wants to watch it. So before clicking into it, it’s advised to reduce the volume to a minimum.

Follow the link and discover the latest and greatest gameplay trailers for your favorite games:

It’s debatable whether the release of this video, which comes a day before Diablo 4’s beta early access, will make things worse or better. Those who pre-ordered the game are probably very eager to see the gameplay for the first time.

At this point, it seems unlikely that the leaked video will harm Diablo 4 anymore. From the moment the beta early access opens, the game will speak for itself.

MTG Lord of the Rings Release Date: Unleashing the Power of The One Ring

Nevertheless, if they attend a Lord of the Rings pre-release, which takes place from June 16 to June 22, paper players will be able to experience the cards before anybody else.

  • Dying Light Creators Teases New Fantasy RPG Game with Stunning Concept Art

Dying Light Creators Teases New Fantasy RPG Game with Stunning Concept Art

This week, Techland, the company behind games like Dying Light and its Dying Light 2 sequel, teased the upcoming title. We don’t yet know a name for the game, but whatever it is, it’s different from the Dying Light series since we know from the first teaser that it’ll be a fantasy RPG.

The most recent teaser from Techland revealed some concept art and reiterated the company’s dedication to making “compelling story-focused” games. In the most recent Techland teaser, a character was seen clinging to a portion of a tree and gazing out at what appeared to be a fantasy landscape.

A partially destroyed moon or planet of some kind looms in the sky behind a mountaintop community, which is surrounded by hints of other biomes.

“We never stop improving! Our newest game is set to be a narrative-driven #fantasy epic with an exotic open world ready to be explored,” Techland said about its new game. “We strive to create a compelling story-focused #AAA title that combines and refines the best aspects of gameplay that Techland is known for.”

This game’s first teaser was released in May 2022, so it has been a while since we’ve heard anything new about it.

The previous tease from Techland included comments from the studio about the upcoming project that deviates from what Techland is usually known for as well as job postings where the developer was hiring for the game.

“We want to create a fully next-gen experience,” part of the statement from Techland CEO Paweł Marchewka said last year.

“A new fantasy epic set in a sprawling open world, fueled by the skills and experience we have gained as a team over the years, infused with new ideas, passion, and creativity. While we cannot share more details about this project now, we’re all truly invested in it and looking forward to showing it to gamers when the time is right.”

There is no release date yet for Techland’s new fantasy role-playing game.

  • Marvel Snap Announces New Conquest Battle Mode for Upcoming Update

Marvel Snap Announces New Conquest Battle Mode for Upcoming Update

Shortly, Marvel Snap will introduce a new game mode. Conquest will be a new Battle Mode that Marvel Snap will be introducing, the company announced this week.

With a ranked structure, the new game mode parodies the well-known Friendly Battle mode. To win a string of battles without losing, players progress through various leagues.

They can enter the following league if they succeed in winning three straight games. Victories also award Medals, which can be used to buy cosmetics and an exclusive variety that is available in the brand-new Conquest Shop in-game.

The process by which players obtain cards—long regarded as one of the worst aspects of the game—will also be changing, according to Marvel Snap. Players can now get one free Series 3 card per season, and they can also get more Tokens from caches and reserves to get higher series cards more quickly.

As part of its overhaul, Marvel Snap is also dividing the Token Shop into several distinct sections. These include a new “Weekly Spotlight” section that showcases the most recent cards and an Ultimate Variant section that showcases the coolest variants in the game.

The patches for March and April will include these features. The matchmaking and ranked mode systems have issues, too, and Marvel Snap acknowledged this as well while indicating that potential improvements were being considered.

See the most recent information about your favorite games:

The game’s creators acknowledge that it can be challenging to improve on a previous season’s rank and that they were looking for ways to streamline the procedure for players who primarily care about their rank each season.

The list of additional ideas shared as being taken into consideration included guilds, mythic variations, seasonal audio, and a new test deck mode. These are just possibilities; they haven’t been confirmed. On Marvel Snap’s in-game blog, you can read the entire article.

  • Mortal Kombat 12 Teaser Reveals Possible Game Modes: Konquest in the Lead

Mortal Kombat 12 Teaser Reveals Possible Game Modes: Konquest in the Lead

Mortal Kombat 12 was unceremoniously revealed during a Warner Bros. Discovery earnings call last month. In the weeks since not a single piece of information has been made public about the game, but Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon has always been known to tease things on social media.

A new poll from Boon asking fans about modes that have appeared in earlier series installments is back. When Boon asked fans which of these modes they would like to see the return “in a future MK game,” they responded with Chess Kombat, Konquest, Motor Kombat, and Puzzle Kombat.

The tweet from Boon is embedded below, and as of this writing, the poll is still open for a few more hours.

The poll has received over 67,000 votes, and Konquest is currently in the lead with 44.4% of the vote. Motor Kombat is in second with 31% of the vote, Chess Kombat with 18.1%, and Puzzle Kombat has 6.5%.

Although there is no guarantee that any of these modes will return in Mortal Kombat 12, it is clear that Boon is considering bringing one (or more) of them back. Readers are advised to keep this in mind.

Fans will currently just have to wait with patience to see what happens with this! Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance introduced the Konquest mode, which reappeared in Mortal Kombat: Deception and Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.

Although the mode hasn’t been seen since 2006, it is obvious that many Mortal Kombat fans still care deeply about it. All three games had a slightly different mode; the first two used RPG mechanics, while the third drew its inspiration from the adventure subgenre.

Here you can check some latest news about Mortal Kombat 12:

Each one, however, concentrated on single-player gameplay, allowing players to access content and discover the most effective moves and combos.

Clearly, Konquest still has a large following, and many of them have expressed a desire to see it come back along with Shujinko, who served as the mode’s main protagonist in Mortal Kombat: Deception.

Fans recently got a sneak peek at what to expect from Final Fantasy 16 thanks to the publication of press-only demo footage across several outlets. Recently, two developers were available to answer questions from Japanese media about the upcoming game.

CEO of Aitai Japan Audrey Lamsam translated a March 30 Famitsu magazine interview with Yoshida and Hiroshi Takai, the creator of Final Fantasy 16, on Twitter.

The notes have been translated, and it appears that Final Fantasy 16 will have online leaderboards for a combat-focused mode that pits players against a huge number of enemies and compares their performance to other players around the world.

The Devil May Cry series Bloody Palace, from which lead combat designer Ryota Suzuki drew inspiration for Final Fantasy 16’s combat, has been compared to the online feature. Suzuki designed the combat for Devil May Cry 5 and Dragon’s Dogma for Capcom before joining Square Enix.

The Famitsu interview also confirmed how long it will take to complete Final Fantasy 16’s main story, with Yoshida repeating that it could take players 35 hours or more.

If side quests and other types of content are taken into account, that time can double, bringing the total to over 70 hours for fans who want to experience everything Final Fantasy 16 has to offer.

Additionally, the game is said to have over 11 hours of cutscenes, not counting the cutscenes that take place during battle as part of quick-time events that players will need to be on the lookout for.

However, in the upcoming days, fans who are interested in hearing more from Yoshida will have the opportunity. At a Final Fantasy 16 panel at PAX East in Boston the following Saturday, March 25, Yoshida will be joined by localization lead Michael-Christopher Koji Fox.

It’s unclear how much more anticipation Final Fantasy fans can handle before the game’s release with only three months left.

Secret PS5 Upgrade: How to Double Your Internet Speed?

A bad Internet connection is a torture in this age of constantly updating games and enormous file sizes for games because it results in slow download speeds and constant waiting for things to download.

If you already have options for an improved plan or a different provider, those are the only real ways to fix poor Internet. Having said that, some claim that there are ways to not just increase but also double your download speeds in some cases.

Now, because some people will already be using this secret technique, it won’t apply to everyone. Having said that, double-check to make sure your console is connected to a 5GHz band—not a 2.4GHz band—of a Wi-Fi network.

In terms of network speed, the former offers a significant improvement that is necessary for faster download speeds. Navigate the PS5’s “Settings” menu until you find “Network” as the first step to activating 5GHz.

Finding “Settings” after clicking this will allow you to choose “Set Up Internet Connection.” Find your current network under “Registered Networks” from here, select “Options,” and then click “Forget Network.”

These are the initial three steps. We still have four more to go. Step 4 is to select “Scan Networks” by pressing the Triangle key. Find your network and sign in from here.

Here you can check the latest updates about PS5:

Press Options, choose “Wi-Fi Frequency,” and then set 5GHz after connecting to your network. Sixth, make sure your PS5 is using 5GHz by selecting Connection Status, View Connection Status, and precisely going back to one screen.

To see if there has been an improvement, the last step is to test the speeds using Connection Status and Test Internet Connection.

Your mileage will vary depending on several variables, and there’s a chance that none of this would apply if you were already using 5GHz.

Star Citizen Latest Update Caused a Major Outage

The eagerly anticipated release of Star Citizen update 3.18 was accompanied by a wide range of issues that rendered the game completely unplayable for the vast majority of players, who were unable to log into the servers.

Version Alpha 3.18, which introduced several remarkably promising new technologies, may have been too complex to provide a dependable experience at first, as players who jumped in to give the new content a fair shot haven’t had much success.

Persistent Entity Streaming and Server Meshing, which together give the game the ability to “store” placed overworld items for a virtually infinite amount of time, were specifically introduced in Star Citizen Alpha 3.18.

Other noteworthy additions include, among others, the addition of vehicle racing, a wealth of new locations and events, and the entire gameplay loop related to salvaging. After years of development, Star Citizen finally saw the release of its first playable sections in 2013.

The innovative space-faring MMO is moving forward with Version Alpha 3.18, but its servers haven’t been able to keep up. Long wait times, a variety of login issues, and serious progression bugs were all issues that players were having when the server status was elevated to “Major Outage” late on March 13.

These issues have been somewhat resolved by the game’s creator, Cloud Imperium Games, but many of the ones brought on by the release of Alpha 3.18 still exist.

    Star Citizen tweet on Twitter:

Persistent Entity Streaming’s introduction in Star Citizen was always going to be difficult, primarily because of the feature’s complexity. Being a persistent, always-online MMO, it’s crucial that everything remains as it should be.

This includes players creating hidden caches, but it also includes things like crashes and combat situations. Although PES does not directly affect any particular gameplay loop, its implementation has an impact on the game’s foundation, which is probably what caused the current instability.

Server meshing was bundled with PES as well, and thanks to its functionality, the game’s standard 100-player servers can communicate with one another to produce a seamless, natural interaction.

Once Star Citizen’s current issues are resolved, this should help to make space combat, exploration, trading, and other diverse scenarios much more realistic and immersive. Late in 2022, Star Citizen passed $500 million in crowdfunding, which is an impressive feat indeed.

However, the fact that the game is still in its early alpha stages of development, nearly a decade after the start of its piecemeal launch schedule, is obviously concerning.

While it’s difficult to dispute CIG’s inventiveness in making Star Citizen nearly entirely unique in its niche, it’s also simple to understand why some people might be let down by the game’s protracted development.
