    Parallel Studios and Quantic Dream have created a new underwater video game called “Under the Waves.” In the game, you play as Stan, a skilled diver dealing with sadness and difficult memories. As Stan goes deeper into the ocean, strange things start happening.

    Under the Waves is coming out on August 29, 2023. You can play it on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One for $29.99.

    The price for the PC version (which you can get from Epic Games and Steam) hasn’t been mentioned yet, but it might be around the same price or a bit lower than the console version.

    You can buy the game at Target or Best Buy for $39.99 if you prefer a physical copy. You can reserve a console version of the game before it’s released. If you do this, you can start playing 24 hours before others who didn’t pre-order.

    Before the “Under the Waves” was released, they showed a new trailer at an event called Gamescom’s Opening Night Live last night. This game is like a story-based journey deep under the ocean.

    It’s about a diver trying to escape from his problems after something very sad happened. The underwater world in the game is both magical and a little eerie. The diver experiences strange things in the game that help him make a big decision.

    Hitman World of Assassination: New Elusive Target Mission Brings Dimitri Vegas

    IO Interactive has shared information about a new challenging mission in Hitman World of Assassination. This mission will have a special target named Dimitri Vegas, a famous DJ and actor.

    This video introduces a new part of the Hitman game called “World of Assassination.” It’s like a sneak peek of a story where Dmitri Vegas’ character, Alexios Laskaris, comes to the Berlin location.

    The character looks and sounds like Dmitri Vegas himself. This new mission will be given to all Hitman World of Assassination players on every type of gaming system in October 2023. Later, it will also be available on the Nintendo Switch.

    This special version of the game was made with the help of Solutions 2 GO (S2G), a company that sends games worldwide. When you buy this version, you also get 3 special art cards.

    These cards have pictures from the game’s fancy and super detailed places. Each card has a picture from a famous place in the game series: the secret ICA Training Facility, the exciting Miami racetrack, and the super fancy Dubai skyscraper.

    Also, the people who made the game at IO Interactive will sign a few special art cards. These cards will be put into some of the physical game copies. There will be 50 cards for Europe and ANZ, and for the Americas, there will be another 50 cards.

    Hitman: The World of Assassination New Update

    IO Interactive released a new update for Hitman: The World of Assassination game. This update fixes many problems, including the unexpected “death wall” glitch discovered on the Isle of Sgail level in Hitman 2.

    There was a bug in the game where helpless computer-controlled characters would die immediately if they touched a certain wall in a castle. Surprisingly, this deadly wall was located in the morgue of the castle in the isolated North Atlantic area.

    IO, the company that made the game Hitman, wanted only the main character, Agent 47, to be the one causing the mysterious killings. To solve a problem where characters died when they touched a wall, they first tried to make it more solid.

    But this didn’t work. So, instead, the team working on Hitman decided to surround the problematic wall with a box in the game.

    In an update for August, the developer said, “We could see that NPCs were able to step *just* outside of the navmesh bounds (basically the area that they are allowed to be) and although we tried a few other changes, the Death Wall kept on claiming victims.”

    After that, it mentioned putting some “boxes and things” next to the wall. This was done to stop the NPCs (characters in the game) from getting close to the border without realizing it.

    “Despite the fix, DEATH WALL is still there and waiting to claim more lives,” the developer joked. “Stay Frosty.”

    In the latest Hitman update, IO has “resolved an issue where Dino Bosco would immediately depart the world (of assassination) by the quickest possible route (through the floor) if 47 snapped his neck in his trailer” and “resolved an issue where Agent 47 could get stuck in a box in Colorado, after subduing an NPC from cover”, among others.

    In August’s update for the game, they’ve fixed some issues and prepared the game for the physical release on the PlayStation 5. This will happen later this week, on the 25th.

    They’ve also added the Sarajevo Six campaign (you can watch a trailer in the video above) and the Trinity Pack. These new things were made available last week, but you need to pay extra to get them.

    The Sarajevo Six campaign is like a story made of six parts. It’s about former members of a group called CICADA. The missions are named The Director (in Paris), The Enforcer (in Sapienza), The Extractor (in Marrakesh), The Veteran (in Bangkok), The Mercenary (in Colorado), and The Controller (in Hokkaido).

    Atari and Plaion are working together to create a new old-fashioned game console for your home. This new console is called the Atari 2600+. It’s a tribute to the original Atari 2600, popular in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The new version is based on a specific model from 1980.

    With this console, you can play games made for the Atari 2600 and the Atari 7800. However, there’s a catch. The console only has 10 games, and you need special cartridges to play more. Unfortunately, this collection does not include well-known games like Pac-Man, Frogger, Space Invaders, and Pitfall!

    The old game console has been remade carefully to be like the original, but it’s a bit smaller, about 80% of the original size. The new version of the console has some extra things: it can connect to modern TVs using HDMI, and it works better with widescreen TVs.

    The place where you put the game cartridges is made bigger so they don’t get stuck. And when you turn on the console, the Atari logo lights up. The system has a new version of the old Atari CX40 joystick, called the CX40+.

    Even though two players can use it, the system only comes with one joystick. But if you want another one, you can buy it for $25. The company also mentioned planning to make a new version of the CX-30 Paddle Controller.

    The system comes with a cartridge that has 10 free games in it. These games include Adventure, Combat, Dodge ‘Em, Haunted House, Maze Craze, Missile Command, RealSports Volleyball, Surround, Video Pinball, and Yars’ Revenge.

    Atari has a list of other game cartridges that work with the system. If you’re considering buying it, remember that you might need to look for and buy physical game cartridges, which could be challenging and cost more.

    If you remember, Atari, the company that makes video games, released a new version of their old game system called the Atari VCS about two years ago. But not many people were interested in it after the beginning, so Atari stopped selling it.

    Instead, they decided to change how they make their hardware (like game systems) and devise a new plan. Now, they’re teaming up with Plaion, and what they’re doing today is probably a result of that new plan.

    Additionally, you can get 20 Reputation Experience Points (EXP) from the Fontaine Reputation. This helps players who want to reach level two in reputation quickly. Getting to level two is a big achievement because it lets you access weekly tasks and requests on the area’s reputation board.

    Besides completing missions, players can also earn experience points by exploring, but it’s not simple because fully exploring the Genshin Impact 4.0 Fontaine areas won’t give you a high exploration score. This is because the region will have more parts added in the future that will count toward this score.

    The Outlast Trials game can be played early on a PC starting May 18, 2023. But it might also come out for the PS5 when it’s finished.

    On Red Barrels’ official Twitter account, they stated “The Outlast Trials be playable on as many platforms as possible with cross-platform play but no cross-progression. This will take time and we aim to have this for full launch, but it won’t be available for EA.”

    This means that people who have a PS5 will be able to play The Outlast Trials, but they won’t get to play it before it’s fully released. The creators, Red Barrels, said that players on different platforms can play together when the game is fully released, like PS5 and PC players. But if you play on PC first and then switch to PS5, you can’t continue from where you stopped on PC.
