FF7 Rebirth is a standalone story that is part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake project, developed by Square Enix and released in 2024 for PlayStation 5 (PS5).
The game follows the events of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, a prequel to the original Final Fantasy VII, and features Zack Fair, a former SOLDIER who escapes from Shinra and tries to reach Midgar with Cloud Strife.
The game features a revamped and expanded combat system, a stunning and dynamic world, and a deep and emotional story. The game also has a demo version, which covers the first chapter of the game, where Zack and Cloud visit Nibelheim and encounter Sephiroth.
The demo was released in 2023, and many players have already played it. But what if you want to skip the first chapter in the full game and save some time?
How to Skip Chapter 1 in FF7 Rebirth?
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Gameplay
If you have already played and completed the Nibelheim mission in the FF7 Rebirth demo, then the game will allow you to skip most of it in the full game. However, you will need to enable this option before you start the game. Here are the steps to do so:
Complete the FF7 Rebirth demo (you do not need to complete the Junon portion)
Go to the main menu of FF7 Rebirth
Choose “Bonuses” – the fifth option
Choose “Check Saved Data”
You should be notified of any rewards and your ability to skip the Nibelheim portion
Once you start the game, you will still need to play through the opening segment, where Zack and Cloud escape from Shinra and encounter the Turks. You will also need to play through the first part of the Nibelheim mission, where you control Sephiroth and fight some monsters.
However, after that, you will be given the option to skip the rest of the chapter, which includes the Nibelheim reactor, the flashback, and the confrontation with Sephiroth.
This will save you about an hour of gameplay time, and you will be able to jump right into the second chapter, where Zack and Cloud head to Junon.
Note that skipping the first chapter will not affect your progress, rewards, or achievements in the game. You will still be able to access all the content and features of the game, as well as replay the first chapter later if you wish.
However, if you have not played the demo, or if you want to experience the full story and gameplay of the first chapter, you will not be able to skip it.
Earlier this week, Arrowhead Studios announced that Helldivers 2‘s server issues have been resolved, allowing them to move on to more exciting things, maybe including playable mechs.
Due to a video that has just surfaced on Reddit, those mobile towers of destruction could be more imminent than we think.
In Helldivers 2, mechs will be present. One appears prominently in the February “Report for Duty” teaser, which includes the first game’s inclusion, with the subtitle “coming soon after launch.”
Helldivers 2 Leaked video
It seems like there are many kinds of mechs at work here: The one in the foreground of this leaked footage is an EXO 48, according to Redditor VegetableWater4099, while the one in the Helldivers 2 teaser is an EXO 44.
Although it’s difficult to make out the mech in the backdrop, the important thing is that if the evaluation is right, we’ll be able to choose from several types of mechs in the game. The player who got their hands on this awesome new gear “spawned in multiple types of mech” while playing, according to Fozzye18.
The game already has more than simply mechs that can be used. The player that spawns the mechs is stated by Fozzye18 to have access to “new weapons like an energy RPG coming, a meteorite that hits like the nuke, a group of Helldivers you can call in to support you (NPCs), and more.”
Everyone is excited about the giant stompy machines’ debut in the live game, and there’s been a fair bit of discussion about how they got there. Some players believe this content is already in the game’s code and will be released in future updates.
Dataminers have found several unusable strategies in the game’s files, including one that seems especially relevant at the moment: “-DropoffCombatWalker.”
Some gamers have even speculated that the developers at Arrowhead may be behind this, as they are allegedly testing the new technology in other games at the same time to generate buzz.
Though implausible, this is really within the realm of possibility because of the game master capabilities outlined by Arrowhead, which provide the developer complete control over matches.
No matter who it was, they seemed to be enjoying themselves. “He was just showing me all the stuff he was pulling out of the files he had so I’m unsure if he was a hacker or a dev but he seemed super excited to show us,” wrote fozzye18. “Until my game crashed from everything being loaded in and then I couldn’t find his username again.”
The official announcement from EA Sports is that F1 24 will be released on May 31.
The release date and a few specifics regarding F1 24 were announced together with the full announcement of the game in April.
According to EA, the career mode will be “overhauled” in this year’s game. Also, drivers will have access to a whole new “dynamic handling system” in this game.
The next Formula One 24 will be playable on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. You may save 15% on the F1 24 Champions Edition pre-order if you possess F1, 21, F1, 22, or F1 23.
F1 24 Release Date
Formula One 24 will launch on key platforms on May 31st, just one week after the Monaco Grand Prix, according to Codemasters’ first announcement.
Publisher EA Sports claims the game has an “overhauled” career mode, but other than that not much is known about the game. Along with two more new ‘icons’ drivers for career mode and the resumption of the Podium Pass unlock-ables program, pre-order incentives for the upcoming game hint at the return of the F1 World mode from 2023.
In F1 23’s time trial mode, players who pre-order the game before its release will have access to 2024 liveries for the McLaren, Alpine, Williams, and Haas cars.
You may save 15% on the Champions Edition of F1 24 when you pre-order it and play it three days before its official release if you possess any of the previous three official Formula 1 driving games.
“Our F1 23 players can now connect with the 2024 season with some of their favorite teams ahead of this weekend’s first lights out,” said Lee Mather, senior creative director at Codemasters.
“A lot is in store for players, including a revamped career mode, a new EA Sports Dynamic Handling System, and more, which we will reveal in full soon.”
Starting in April 2008, Codemasters held the only license to develop the official Formula 1 video game series. Every season since 2010 has seen the studio release a new game for PC and current-gen platforms. Nominations for Best Sports or Racing Game have been extended to all five of the most recent entries in the series at The Game Awards.
For PC, you can get Formula 1 24 through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the EA App. It will also be available for PlayStation 5, 4, Xbox Series S, X, and One.
May 28, 2024, is the official release date for Formula One 24 according to EA Sports. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Several Formula One racing simulation games have come before F1, 24. In his review of F1 23, our hardware editor gushed over the “compelling Braking Point campaign” and the “feature-rich package that’s sure to please most fans.” He also mentioned that F1 World mode was a winner.
The F1 24 launch video showcased enhanced graphics and exciting racing, with the tagline “Get closer to the action, get closer to the grid.”
In addition, it specifies that the 2024 season liveries for Haas, McLaren, Williams Racing, and Alpine, as well as the Esports liveries for McLaren and Alpine, will be available to gamers who pre-order the Champions Edition before April 24, 2024.
According to an official blog post by Lee Mather, senior creative director at Codemasters, “For the first time, our F1 23 players can now connect immediately with the 2024 season with some of their favorite teams and drivers ahead of this weekend’s first Lights Out.”
Players who have previously acquired F1, 21, F1, 22, or F1 23 may take advantage of a new loyalty offer reward: a 15% discount when they pre-order the F1 24 Champions Edition.
Two new Formula One icons, 18,000 PitCoin, and the F1 World Bumper Pack with resources for both single- and multiplayer events are all part of the digital-exclusive Champions Edition. A VIP Podium Pass and three days of early access are also included in the package.
“And we’re bringing players an overhauled Career mode, a new EA Sports Dynamic Handling System, and so much more,” Mather explained in the blog post, adding that the complete reveal for F1 24 is expected for April.
March 21st is the date that Activision Blizzard has set for the launch of Call of Duty: Warzone on mobile devices. The developer announced the game’s formal release on Android and iOS devices in a website post, after a year of restricted distribution.
When the game launches, players will have the opportunity to play on two “large-scale” maps: Verdansk and Rebirth Island. Other multiplayer maps, such as Shipment and Shoot House, will also be accessible.
According to the developer, you can level up your character, their weapons, their battle pass, their bundles, and their pals list much as in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone.
The mobile game still has pre-registration options available through the App Store and Play Store pages, and Activision Blizzard claims that 50 million individuals have done so.
Several game types will be available in the first release of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. Their description from Activision Blizzard is as follows:
Multiplayer: Fine-tune Your Tactics
Feeling rushed and eager to dive right into the action? Want to enhance a new weapon’s level? Ready to go into a massive map? Need a little warmup first.
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile may mostly be known for its Battle Royale mode, but its multiplayer support allows players to enjoy the original Call of Duty action on a variety of maps and modes, such as Shipment, Shoot House, and Scrapyard, among others.
Deploy across a variety of classic game styles, including Hardcore versions of favorites like Search & Destroy, Kill Confirmed, Domination, and Team Deathmatch.
Rebirth Island
Upon its first release, Rebirth Island altered the Battle Royale experience by providing a more compact battlefield that encouraged non-stop activity.
Engage in combat within the main jail complex or explore the island’s perimeter, jumping from building to building or taking long shots in the open.
We implement Resurgence rules in our matches, which allow players to respawn as long as a teammate is still alive. This way, we may bypass the Gulag and get back to the action as fast as possible.
Verdansk
Players have been itching to return to the city that began it all ever since Verdansk, the launch map for Call of Duty: Warzone, was destroyed.
Battles will be frequent and intense in this city since there are so many locations to discover and pillage. Plus, there may be up to 120 participants in a round.
Would you rather sneak up on a busy spot like Superstore and try to get an early advantage, or would you rather play at the circle’s periphery and hope for the best?
Become a wip? Of course. Return to the original Verdansk Gulag and fight for the chance to redeploy your eliminated Operators to the contest. Get back in the game once you’ve won.
Going to Hogwarts feels like a double-edged sword; although it’s great that you get to wear robes and study spells, it’s also frustrating because you can’t always get your hands on the things you desire. The second problem is probably the worst part of Hogwarts Legacy.
Hogwarts Legacy Is Now Available On Nintendo Switch
The Hogwarts Legacy community has recently been through a lot. In addition to the sequel’s inevitable unplayability for millions of players, fans have also had to cope with the devastating news that the downloadable content will not be available until summer.
This leads us to the reason why the wizarding game’s summer update could fall short of your expectations. Rumor has claimed that a plethora of new content for Hogwarts Legacy will be released this summer, leading many players to believe this with all their hearts.
A more reasonable optimist, meanwhile, is worried that the upgrade won’t provide anything novel.
Someone on the fan subreddit said, “I don’t think the summer update will be as expansive as the [FandomWire] article believes it to be,” before going on to detail what they think will be released.
Among their forecasts was the ‘Haunted Hogsmeade’ downloadable material, which is both new to many and old to PlayStation 5 gamers because it has been available since launch.
It appears naive to assume that the developers have planned anything extra for fans, other than perhaps some additional quests. However, given the game’s success despite its peculiarities, we would be open to being proven incorrect.
Even now, many are baffled as to why the game was not nominated for Game of the Year. There will be nothing except furious rumors to look forward to till summer arrives.
Unless you include the unintentionally revealed facts about the sequel. Beyond that, though, all we can do is keep an eye on the time and hope that Hogwarts doesn’t disappoint.
This new Dying Light RPG may be the apogee of the perfect union of video game and tabletop gaming, which seems to be happening more than ever before.
In 2015, Techland launched the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions of Dying Light. It was, in many respects, Techland’s 2011 game Dead Island’s spiritual successor before the studio went on to Dying Light.
With the release of Dying Light 2: Stay Human in 2022, the Dying Light series continued to expand and improve upon its predecessor in several ways.
With the launch of Dying Light: The Board Game on Kickstarter, the post-apocalyptic zombie series has entered the realm of tabletop role-playing games developed by Glass Cannon Unplugged and Techland.
The Dying Light: The Board Game Kickstarter campaign starts today! 🎲🎲
Don’t forget about the exclusive offer – everyone who orders the game within the first 48 hours will get the Kyle Crane figure!
And make sure to watch this incredible clip by @GCUtabletop 😮😮😮
The board game version will have the same day/night cycle mechanics as the original, with zombies getting stronger as the sun goes down, and it will support one to four players.
Your gains, though, will be larger if you get the courage to go out into the night amidst the ravenous throngs. That is, supposing you make it through the night unscathed.
One of the series’ defining features, parkour, will be included in Dying Light: The Board Game as well. Good role-playing games (RPGs) have you level up your character as you walk through the city and accomplish objectives.
In addition to a board modeled like Dying Light’s streets, the game will have 3D architecture and, of course, a plethora of miniatures to further immerse the player.
Backers of the Dying Light: The Board Game Kickstarter campaign has the option to select between the basic or deluxe reward tiers. In contrast to the deluxe pledge, which includes more miniatures and the ‘Infected Miniatures’ expansion, the ordinary pledge only includes the core box and all stretch goals.
In little over twenty days, the campaign to support Dying Light: The Board Game will come to a close. Just £1 will get you started, and when the pledge manager opens later, you can always adjust your order—something I do quite a bit—if you don’t have the cash on hand right now.
The planned release date for Dying Light: The Board Game is June of this year, barring any manufacturing delays.
Several leaked Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass Skins have appeared online. These are based on data extracted from the game, which featured various constellations linked to Greek mythology. These were utilized by leakers and data miners to assign a character to each constellation.
Once that was confirmed, they assigned each character to one of the several leaked survey skins that had been circulating for some time. However, the final list may vary once the next portion of the tale becomes online.
However, for the time being, this is the most comprehensive visual depiction of all leaked Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass Skins available to the community.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass Skins leaks
Unfortunately, two significant characters who potentially appear next season have yet to have a leaked survey image connected with them.
There have been reports of a Zeus-like NPC under development, but no images have been released. Nonetheless, considering the excitement that Epic Games has generated thus far, they are bound to look fantastic.
Both of the leaked Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Skins have been officially referenced in-game. As a result, these will most likely be incorporated into the game. While the final designs may differ, they will seem remarkably similar to the leaked survey skins.
The remaining leaked Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass Skins, which are represented by leaked survey skins, are subject to change.
Because these skins are based on conjecture and Epic Games’ teasers/hints, they may not appear in the following season at all. They might appear as NPCs rather than Battle Pass skins.
The next Pokemon Legends game might be released on the Nintendo Switch 2.
It’s Pokemon Day, which means another Pokemon Presents extravaganza with all kinds of news and surprises about those cute pocket creatures. Among the announcements was Pokemon Legends: Z-A, a new game similar to Arceus that would feature Mega Evolutions.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A won’t be launched until early next year, so we’ll have to wait a little longer, but on the plus side, we might be able to play it on the Switch’s shiny new replacement.
Pokemon Z Nintendo Switch
The Pokémon Company and Game Freak will create a new Legends game based in the franchise’s Kalos area in 2025, the firms revealed during Tuesday’s Pokémon Presents event.
The new game, Pokémon Legends Z-A, will be available on Nintendo Switch sometime next year. The Pokémon Legends Z-A announcement trailer was low on specifics, although the game will take players to Lumiose metropolis, the Parisian-inspired capital metropolis from Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.
The game’s official announcement teases an urban renovation plan for Lumiose City, which will “shape the city into a place that belongs to both people and Pokémon.” Aside from that, the teaser reveals what Pokémon fans may expect to see in Pokémon Legends Z-A but does not include any gameplay.
The clip does, however, hint at the reintroduction of Mega Evolutions, a feature featured in Pokémon X and Y. Game Freak published Pokémon Legends: Arceus in 2022. That spin-off game sent players back in time to a version of Sinnoh known as the Hisui area.
Given Pokémon Legends: Arceus’ historical context and the futuristic, almost Tron-like style of Pokémon Legends Z-A, one has to wonder if players will be transported to the future for the next Pokémon Legends game, which will include all-new variants of Pokémon from X and Y.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is a stunning and ambitious reimagining of the classic RPG, developed by Square Enix. The game follows the story of Cloud Strife, a former soldier who joins a group of rebels called Avalanche, as they fight against the evil Shinra corporation that is draining the life of the planet.
The game features a rich and complex combat system, a vibrant and immersive world, and a deep and engaging story.

Destiny 2 update 7.3.5 is planned to be released on Tuesday, March 5, at the normal weekly reset time. That’s 10 a.m. PT/6 p.m. GMT.
The Destiny 2 update 7.3.5 is intended to breathe fresh life into a game that has struggled in recent months owing to a lack of big content releases, particularly after both The Final Shape and Season 24 were pushed back from February to June.
We’ve already discussed all of the improvements coming to PvP and revisited content like the Prophecy dungeon, as Bungie has gently but steadily disclosed information about the patch over the last few weeks.
Bungie has addressed several issues that the fandom believes require adjusting, both in terms of PvE and PvP content. One of the most intriguing things is that reprised material is likely to return.
As previously stated, the Prophecy dungeon will receive a refreshed treasure pool, making the soon-to-be four-year-old dungeon worth running again for series veterans while also offering beginners another chance to grind for respectable gear.
There’s also a complete weapon overhaul that will influence Crucible and PvE, with a focus on exotics, including significant upgrades to The Manticore, Ex Diris, and the Edge of Action Glaive, which should make them relevant in high-end gameplay.
With that stated, in this guide, we’ll assemble every change confirmed for Destiny 2 patch 7.3.5 by Bungie through the This Week in Destiny blogs. It’s a large one, so let’s get started.
Addressed spawn traps for Altar of Flame, Cauldron, Endless Vale, Midtown, and Meltdown.
Update 7.3.5 on March 5:
Additional map spawning quality of life pass.
Addressing spawn traps for Eternity and Fortress.
Removing all backfield spawns for non-Rift modes: The Citadel, Cathedral of Dusk, Disjunction, and Convergence. This will effectively make these maps play 30-50% smaller than they do currently and reduce the amount of time spent running back to combat after spawning.
Major tuning of the initial spawning, Heavy ammo crate, and tiebreaker zone locations for all maps.
May update:
Adding three new maps to the Crucible:
Eventide Labs (Europa)
Cirrus Plaza (Neomuna)
Dissonance (Terraformed Pyramid Ship)
Rewards
Already live
Increased end-of-match rewards, including more Glimmer and higher chances for Enhancement Cores and Crucible Engrams
Created double rewards boosters for PvP
Competitive
Added weapon focusing.
Added a second tier to the Competitive weekly challenge that awards Ascendant Alloys.
Adding a third tier to the Competitive weekly challenge with a new reward of Artifice Armor. This tier will be unlocked for all players who reach rank Gold III or above each Season. This tier will require match victories instead of completions. Upon completion of the challenge, each victory thereafter will have a chance to drop Artifice Armor, and the drop rates will increase alongside your rank.
Competitive matches will also have an increased chance to drop Exotic weapon catalysts on victories.
Trials of Osiris
Added 50% chance to get a Trials weapon on wins. With Update 7.3.5, this will be updated to exclusively drop the weekly weapon reward to better allow for targeted farming of the specific weapon you want.
Added Flawed card rewards.
Update 7.3.5:
For Passage of Ferocity, if you have not been Flawless for the week, losses after 3 wins will reset you back to 3 wins instead of Flawing your card.
With the new Passage of Persistence, losses following a win will remove the win from your card. Consecutive losses do not remove additional wins. Getting to 7 wins grants you a drop of the weekly Adept weapon, regardless of how many losses you have taken.
This passage works like a trailing backstop. Once you have at least one win recorded on the passage, a loss will remove the most recent win instead of Flawing it. Since consecutive losses will not remove additional wins, winning two games in a row adds a permanent win to the card, and win streaks longer than two add additional permanent wins.
You can only go Flawless on this passage if you do not have a win removed. Once a win has been removed, you can no longer get Flawless using this passage, but you can still earn a roll of the weekly Adept weapon.
Adding rewards for match completions by three-person fireteams in Trials. Although you do not need to win to earn these rewards, they are participation-gated, so simply jumping off the map or sitting AFK in spawn will disqualify you from getting them.
Additional 50% chance to drop the non-Adept Trials weekly weapon reward.
A 50% chance to get a Trials Engram drop.
Additional Trials reputation.
Game modes
Already live
Created Sparrow Control
Added 3v3 Clash to Crucible Labs
Updated the Countdown Rush ruleset for Competitive
Update 7.3.5:
3v3 Clash will be moving to the 3v3 Quickplay rotator, and we’ll be making these updates to the rules:
Heavy ammo will no longer be shared.
Respawn timer increasing from 5 to 7 seconds.
Match timer increasing to 10 minutes, but the score to win remains 40.
A new 3v3 king of the hill mode, Collision, will enter Crucible Labs.
A single, larger zone will rotate between five points around the map on a timer. Capturing and controlling it will earn your team points.
This mode will also test an alternative Special ammo crate system.
The Special ammo crate system will feature four shareable Special ammo crates that spawn simultaneously at the beginning of the game or round and then on a timer afterwards.
Each control zone location (A, B, and C) will have an associated Special ammo crate, and the fourth crate will be in a neutral location.
Players who currently have Special ammo will drop Special ammo bricks on death.
Iron Banner Tribute has undergone multiple changes, including:
Simplifying objectives and scoring, including changing the trigger for the Hunt from depositing max crests to a team score threshold.
Removing the “wall hacks” on players carrying max crests.
Cleaning up the user experience by decreasing the distance at which crest icons can be seen. We’re also reworking how quickly the beacons de-spawn and rotate and significantly decreasing the time it takes to interact to dunk crests.
Reducing the number of turrets that spawn with the Hunt beacon from 4 to 3.

Sandbox changes
These are the abilities changes coming to the sandbox in general.
Ability changes
Ensnaring Slam
Reduced class ability regeneration penalty duration by 50% in PvE activities
Threaded Specter
Now applies the same class ability regeneration penalty used by Ensnaring Slam when the player creates a Threaded Specter
Increased Threaded Specter detonation damage by 25% vs. PvE combatants
Threadlings
Increased aim assist shape size from 0.41m to 0.5m (this makes aim assist more effective against them, making them easier to shoot)
Reduced base damage vs. enemy players from 40 to 35. Damage with Thread of Evolution equipped reduced vs. enemy players from 45 to 38.5.
Fixed an issue where groups of Threadlings were not reliably chain detonating when one was destroyed.
Fixed an issue where Threadlings sometimes did not play their (non-damaging) destruction performance when destroyed by enemy fire, resulting in them appearing to blip out of existence.
Arcane Needle
Increased aim assist angle (the size of the cone that the aim assist system uses to bend the projectile’s initial direction) by about 50%.
Increased aim assist falloff distance (the distance at which aim assist begins to decay) from 30 to 45 meters.
Increased tracking angular velocity (how quickly the projectile can bend towards its target) by about 5%.
Increased the length of the projectile’s tracking shape (the shape in front of the projectile that it uses to find targets).
Fixed an issue where uncharged melees while Arcane Needle is equipped resulted in the player appearing to freeze in a melee pose.
Restoration and Radiant
Fixed an issue where the maximum duration of Restoration and Radiant buffs was being incorrectly stored, resulting in their buff timers resetting to their initial duration instead of their maximum when the buff was reapplied.
This also resolves similar issues with shorter Restoration sources like Sunspots with the Sol Invictus Aspect.
Ember of Mercy
Now extends your current Restoration duration by 2 seconds when a Firesprite is collected. If you don’t already have Restoration active, collecting a Firesprite grants Restoration with a 2-second duration.
This Restoration extension is increased to 3 seconds while Ember of Solace is equipped.
Ember of Empyrean
Increased the maximum duration extension from 12 to 15 seconds.
Reworked the duration extension granted with each Solar defeat.
Previously, it always granted a 4-second duration extension, regardless of the type of target defeated.
Now the duration extension varies based on the strength of the defeated target. Defeating an Elite or weaker combatant will result in less time added than in the game currently, but defeating Champion or stronger combatants results in a greater extension.
Consecration
Increased the travel distance of the initial ground follow (a projectile that travels along a surface like Thermite Grenade’s wave or the Coldsnap Grenade seeker) from 18 to 20 meters.
Increased the height of the slam ground follow detonation by about 1 meter.
Increased the travel distance of the slam ground follow from 16 to 20 meters.
Increased the travel speed of the slam ground follow (including the Pyrogale Gauntlets’ enhanced version) from 16 to 24 meters per second.
Weapon changes
Heavy Burst Hand Cannons
Corrected an issue that was causing Heavy Burst Hand Cannons to have 25% less aim assist than other Hand Cannons when hip firing or airborne on mouse and keyboard.
Bows
Reduced the auto aim falloff distance start and end by 15%
i.e. aim assist will be less effective at long range
Reduced the maximum auto aim cone size by 5%.
Auto Rifles
Added the missing 12th perk (Target Lock) to Breakneck’s second trait column.
Lightweight Scout Rifles
Increased base damage by 5%.
Sniper Rifles
Reduced the auto aim cone size by 10%.
Rocket Launchers
Precision: Increased reserve ammo by 2 and reduced damage penalty from -10% to -5%.
High-Impact: Increased reserve ammo by 2. Now deals more detonation damage and less impact, for roughly the same total damage.
The above changes also affect Deathbringer, Gjallarhorn, and Truth.
Heavy Grenade Launchers
Increased reserve ammo by a minimum of 6 rounds, maximum of 10 rounds, depending on the Grenade Launcher.
Reduced Spike Grenade’s impact damage buff from 50% to 12.5%. With the below changes, this reduces the total Spike Grenades damage buff from about 8% to 3%, making them less mandatory.
Increased direct hit impact damage by 10%. Combined with the above change, this brings non-Spike Grenade Launchers almost up to the level of Spike Grenade Launchers, and very slightly reduces damage output with a Spike Grenade Launcher.
Increased detonation damage by 5%. (In PvP, this is offset by a reduction to detonation damage, for no overall change.)
Wave Frame Heavy Grenade Launcher
Increased damage by 20%.
Increased wave width by 40%.
Caster Swords
Reduced heavy attack energy cost from 5 to 4.
Increased heavy attack damage by 16%.
Exotic weapons
Vigilance Wing
Now has a deterministic recoil pattern.
Vex Mythoclast
Increased ADS damage falloff scalar from 1.5x to 1.7x.
Wish-Ender
True Sight will now deactivate if you leave ADS or hold it for longer than 3 seconds. To reactivate, you must fully redraw the Bow.
Edge of Action
Increased its damage resistance in PvE against all combatants except bosses to 85% and increased its damage resistance against bosses to 15%.
Manticore
Players must now be airborne for 0.5 seconds and deal damage with the weapon to activate the perk. (This prevents accidental activation while running down stairs or doing small jumps.)
Special reload to quickly disengage antigravity thrusters. (Swapping weapons will continue to disengage as well.)
Tarrabah also receives this special reload animation.
While antigrav thrusters are engaged, combatants will be less accurate when targeting the player, similar to the Always on Time Sparrow.
With the catalyst, final blows and sustained damage with Manticore while airborne grant a Void overshield and return ammo to the magazine.
Ex Diris
Increased impact damage against PvE enemies by 50%.
Detonation damage is unaffected, so the total damage increase works out to be around 20% (varying by target type).
Increased the maximum rate of fire by 17%.
Perks
Heal Clip
Now grants Cure x2 to the player while still granting Cure x1 to nearby allies.
Trench Barrel
Can now be activated by dealing damage with ranged melee attacks.
Barrel Constrictor
Once activated, it no longer deactivates upon firing a shot, it lasts for 7.5 seconds, and it buffs all shots fired during that time.
Enhanced Barrel Constrictor lasts for 8.5 seconds.
Loose Change
Applying a subclass 3.0 debuff now grants +20 aim assist stat and 20% reduced ADS movement speed penalty in addition to the existing +50 reload stat. Applying another debuff now refreshes the duration, too.
Dual Loader
Removed the reload speed penalty.
Changed the wording of the perk description to make it clearer that it increases the number of shots reloaded, so we can now apply it to other weapon types without confusion in the future.
Tex Balanced Stock
Now grants +20 range and a +1.5 degree hip-fire precision cone angle in addition to its other effects, making it easier to land follow-up crits with hipfire.
Häkke Breach Armaments, Deconstruct, and Sundering
Now work against Void Souls, Strand Clones, Cabal Projection Shields, and Brigs.
Häkke Breach Armaments
Damage bonus vs. Stasis crystals reduced from 85% to 60% to match other constructs
Sundering
Can now trigger on shield break in addition to final blows on vehicles and constructs. We added a small reload speed scalar while reducing the charge rate benefit to account for the higher uptime.
Hatchling
Activation requirements are no longer locked to the archetype in terms of precision or non-precision kills. Instead, the perk will trigger with either a precision kill or 3 non-precision kills.
Target Lock
Now activates later in the magazine for SMGs (at 20% instead of 12.5%), so the damage buff will swing Primary weapon gunfights less often.
Envious Assassin
Each activation is now capped at 100% of magazine size instead of 150%, and the maximum overflow is now 3 times the magazine size instead of 4 times.
Bait and Switch
Reduced damage bonus from 35% to 30%.
One-Two Punch
Now correctly deactivates after dealing damage with a powered melee.
Deconstruct
Updated the perk description to correctly state that it pulls ammo from thin air, not reserves.
Fixed a bug preventing the perk from triggering when shooting an enemy Titan barricade (and similar targets).

NetherRealm Studios has confirmed when the server maintenance for Mortal Kombat 1’s latest update, which includes DC’s Peacemaker and Krossplay, will happen.
Mortal Kombat 1 Peacemaker Update
According to the official tweet, MK1 servers will be down today morning, February 28, at 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET, for around two hours in total.
Mortal Kombat 1 Peacemaker Updates
During the upgrade, all online services will be inaccessible, including matchmaking, missions, invasion prizes, leaderboards, and the in-game shop.
Once maintenance is completed, Peacemaker should be accessible to all Kombat Pack owners in MK1. However, gamers who want to buy him separately will have to wait an extra week.
The other major innovation is the inclusion of Krossplay, which brings together the player base for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Game Store.
Krossplay will support 1v1, Kombat League, Kasual matchups, private matches, and a combined leaderboard, although King of the Hill will supposedly be added in a future version.
As stated in today’s Kombat Kast, this update will also contain balance modifications and adjustments, like nerfs for Kenshi and a new technique for Quan Chi.
Players may also look forward to the commencement of Invasions Season 4, Season of the Huntress, which will center on Mileena and include some tweaks that should make the grinding more doable.
On February 27, 2024, Capcom officially published the first Balance Patch for Street Fighter 6. Here’s what we know about the adjustments, which include nerfs for JP and Luke, boosts for Ryu and Jamie, and much more.
Since its first release in June 2023, Street Fighter 6 has not undergone any substantial balance updates.
As a result, gamers have been playing the same game for the past nine months, beginning with its introduction. Following Capcom Cup X, Street Fighter 6 has finally received an update that includes some balancing improvements.
The 1.11 patch introduces Ed, a returning character from Street Fighter V who has undergone major redesign. Aside from that, other characters saw alterations, including JP, Luke, Ryu, Jamie, Chun Li, Ken, A.K.I, Zangief, Dhalsim, Blanka, Manon, and Rashid.
These balancing tweaks come before a major upgrade, which Capcom says is “planned for a later time.” However, the 1.11 update makes adjustments to some of the game’s most divisive characters.

WWE 2K24 Roster

Brock Lesnar, a huge star on the WWE roster, may not make an appearance in this year’s game. Following suspicions that he is linked to the latest lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE, Lesnar, and McMahon are not included on 2K24’s roster list.
Lesnar was initially set to appear in WWE 2K24’s 40 Years of Wrestlemania edition and was prominently featured on the artwork for this digital-only version, however, he has since been deleted from the cover image. It’s unknown whether he will continue to participate in the mode.

Venture was still in its early phases at the time of the unveiling, with certain textures missing from its model and splash graphics based on concept art. However, we did get a glance at their skills and numbers.
With 200 health, it appears that they will acquire an additional 50HP protection while performing their drill dash attack, which includes the ability to tunnel into the earth and pop up.
Aside from that, nothing is known about Venture, since the developers have yet to reveal anything about their ultimate abilities. However, when additional information becomes available, we will provide an update here.
Competitive Points Changes
Season 9’s Competitive revamp saw the introduction of an overhauled Competitive Points system. However, the intricate method quickly confused many of the participants.

The developers have yet to announce what the modifications will be, but we will keep you updated here as we learn more.
Grouping Restrictions Removed
In a Director’s Take, it was stated that grouping limits would be lifted in Season 10, allowing you to five stacks more readily with pals.
“We’d like people to be able to play with their friends in every area of the game,” according to the blog post. “Groups with a broad range of player skill—what we term wide groups—will only compete against other wide groups. Narrow groupings will only be matched against other narrow groups.
