Persona 3 Reload, Atlus’ recreation of the 2006 iconic RPG, is set to be released on February 2. Will Nintendo Switch owners be able to join in on the fun?
As it stands, Persona 3 Reload is widely available. The game is expected to be released for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass. So, what about Nintendo’s gaming handheld?

Unfortunately, Persona 3 Reload will not be released for Nintendo Switch on February 2. Persona 3 Reload, while not available at launch, may be released on current-generation consoles shortly.
Nintendo, like Xbox, is only starting into the Persona series, with Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal hitting the platforms last year. In addition, Persona 5 Tactica was released on the Nintendo Switch in November. A Switch port may be in the works.
Why Isn’t Persona 3 Reload Coming to Nintendo Switch?
One of the biggest reasons Persona 3 Reload isn’t coming to Nintendo Switch is the console itself. The Switch may not have the necessary hardware to accommodate the already rigorous upgrade. Can I remind you of Mortal Kombat 1?
Still, in a recent interview with Atomix, director Takuya Yamaguchi and producer Ryota Niitsuma were asked why the game will not be released on the console and if a port could be made.
In response to Atomix, the two stated, “Since we began conceiving everything that would be included in Persona 3 Reload, we decided that there would be no Nintendo Switch version. Of course, the idea exists; all that remains is to discuss it with the team and see what they think, and we’ll see what happens.”
According to the quotes above, a Switch version was not originally planned. However, if the team agrees, the two are willing to bring the remake to consoles. It’s not a confirmation, but it is something.
While you wait for Reload, try Persona 3 Portable to satiate your Persona 3 hunger. While it isn’t the best way to play, it’s a lot of fun and features an incredible plot and gameplay.

Fixed an issue where the game would crash under certain conditions.
Fixed an issue where if another player’s pal/base pal had HP 30% or less, it could be captured by using a sphere.
Fixed an issue where enemy pals would get stuck in walls due to charge attacks.
Implemented the first fix for an issue where the game would always crash and save data would be corrupted when the guild’s total number of pals captured reached around 7000.
The game no longer crashes even if the total number of captured objects exceeds 7000. However, save data that has already been in this state (in the case of a server, the server’s world data) prior to this update will still be unable to load. We are continuing to work on fixing this issue permanently.

Added support for mouse side keys and numeric keypad in keyboard key configuration.
Further improvements are currently planned, such as support for interact key configuration.

Battle Royale Preview offers an early look at Warzone features that may later migrate to the standard Battle Royale experience.

Covert Exfil New Feature
While playing Battle Royale Preview, players can attempt to escape the match early using a Covert Exfil.
Only five Covert Exfils are available for purchase in total per match, for the considerable price of $30,000, and are available in Buy Stations before the Gulag closes.
Once purchased, a green flare will instantly mark the landing zone, calling in a chopper that can fly any player, friend or foe, out of the match – ideally with a Weapon Case in their possession.
Nearby opponents will be notified of the Covert Exfil attempt, allowing them to intercept to prevent, or even steal, the Covert Exfil.
This feature will be complimented by a dedicated Covert Exfil Leaderboard when successful, as Covert Exfil will not be classified as a Battle Royale last-player-standing victory.
Squad members who do not successfully exfil via the Covert Exfil chopper will remain in the match – with the option to pursue a standard victory.
Players who did successfully exfil will remain connected as spectators until the entirety of the squad has finished playing in order to keep the party together.
Last-player-standing remains the final victory condition in this Battle Royale Preview LTM for anyone who chooses not to engage in the Covert Exfil feature.

At the start of every Battle Royale Preview match, a single Weapon Case spawns at random and is hidden within an indicated search area on the Tac Map.
The squad member that picks up the Weapon Case will be globally marked for all opponents to see on the Tac Map.

Megumi Fushiguro
A first-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College and Yuji’s classmate. He is a descendant of the Zenin clan and a master of Ten Shadows Technique, which allows him to summon and control various shikigami (spirit animals).
He is a versatile fighter who can use his shikigami for offense, defense, and support. He can also use his Domain Expansion, Chimera Shadow Garden, to trap his enemies in a dark forest.
Nobara Kugisaki
A first-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College and Yuji’s classmate. She is a confident and outspoken girl who uses her Straw Doll Technique to curse her enemies with nails and hammers.
She is a mid-range fighter who can attack from a distance or up close. She can also use her Resonance technique to amplify the damage of her curses.
Satoru Gojo
A teacher at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College and the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer in the world. He is the user of the Six Eyes and the Limitless Cursed Technique, which grants him unparalleled perception and manipulation of space and time.
He is an unstoppable fighter who can use his Infinity technique to nullify any attack or defense, his Blue and Red techniques to create powerful forces of attraction and repulsion, and his Domain Expansion, Unlimited Void, to trap his enemies in a world of endless information.
Ryomen Sukuna
The King of Curses and the main antagonist of the series. He is a legendary Cursed Spirit who once terrorized the world with his four arms and 20 fingers. He is sealed inside Yuji’s body and can take over his consciousness when certain conditions are met.
He is a ruthless and sadistic fighter who uses his Cursed Energy and Dismantle technique to slice and dice his enemies. He can also use his Domain Expansion, Malevolent Shrine, to summon a giant Buddhist temple that crushes his foes.
JJK Cursed Clash Roster: Supporting Characters
The supporting characters of Jujutsu Kaisen are the ones who play important roles in the story but have less screen time than the main characters.
They are also harder to unlock, as some of them require completing specific missions or challenges. Here are the supporting characters in the game:
Kento Nanami
A Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer and a former colleague of Gojo. He is a calm and rational man who uses his Ratio Technique to divide his enemies into weak points and cut them with his sword.
He is a precise and efficient fighter who can also use his Domain Expansion and collapse, to create a distorted space that crushes his enemies.
Maki Zenin
A second-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College and a member of the Zenin clan. She is a Cursed Technique User, meaning she has no Cursed Energy of her own, but can use Cursed Tools to fight.
She is a skilled and agile fighter who uses her physical prowess and various weapons to combat her enemies. She can also use her Heavenly Restriction technique to enhance her physical abilities at the cost of her Cursed Energy.
Toge Inumaki
A second-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College and a descendant of the Inumaki clan. He is a Cursed Speech User, meaning he can manipulate his enemies with his words.
He is a cautious and silent fighter who uses his Cursed Speech to command his enemies to stop, sleep, or self-destruct. He can also use his Domain Expansion and amplification, to amplify the effects of his Cursed Speech.
Panda
A second-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College and a Cursed Corpse created by Principal Masamichi Yaga. He is a sentient and intelligent being who can communicate with humans and other Cursed Corpses.
He is a strong and durable fighter who can use his Panda Mode, Gorilla Mode, and Brother Mode to change his appearance and abilities. He can also use his Burst technique to unleash a powerful shockwave from his body.
Aoi Todo
A third-year student at Kyoto Metropolitan Curse Technical College and a Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer. He is a muscular and eccentric man who considers Yuji his best friend after asking him his type of woman.
He is a formidable fighter who uses his Boogie Woogie technique to swap places with his enemies or allies. He can also use his Domain Expansion, Black Flash, to create a black sphere that enhances his attacks.
Jogo
A Special Grade Cursed Spirit and a member of the Cursed Spirit group led by Mahito. He is a humanoid spirit with a volcano-like head and a fiery personality.
He is a powerful fighter who uses his Pyrokinesis technique to manipulate fire and magma. He can also use his Domain Expansion, Coffin of the Iron Mountain, to create a volcanic landscape that burns his enemies.
Hanami
A Special Grade Cursed Spirit and a member of the Cursed Spirit group led by Mahito. He is a humanoid spirit with a tree-like appearance and a calm demeanor. He is a formidable fighter who uses his Nature Manipulation technique to control plants and animals.
He can also use his Domain Expansion, Horizon of the Captivating Skanda, to create a forest that drains the Cursed Energy of his enemies.
Mahito
A Special Grade Cursed Spirit and the leader of the Cursed Spirit group. He is a humanoid spirit with a twisted smile and a sadistic personality.
He is a dangerous fighter who uses his Idle Transfiguration technique to alter the shape and soul of himself and others. He can also use his Domain Expansion, Self-Embodiment of Perfection, to create a distorted space that reflects his soul.
Eso & Kechizu
Two Special Grade Cursed Spirits and the Brothers of the Death Painting Wombs. They are humanoid spirits with blood-like appearances and violent tendencies. They are a duo of fighters who use their Blood Manipulation technique to create and control blood.
They can also use their Domain Expansion, Convergence of Blood, to create a bloody pool that corrodes their enemies.
Suguru Geto
A former Jujutsu Sorcerer and the partner of Gojo. He is a traitor who turned against the Jujutsu Society and joined forces with the Cursed Spirits.
He is a cunning and ruthless fighter who uses his Cursed Spirit Manipulation technique to collect and control various Cursed Spirits. He can also use his Domain Expansion, Curtain, to create a barrier that blocks the interference of other Jujutsu Sorcerers.

Misaki Kai: The characters in Jujutsu Kaisen use incredibly detailed and distinct Cursed Techniques. The priority in development for us was deciding which aspects of each character would allow the user to experience the character’s personality while playing the game.
However, several special characters, such as Satoru Gojo and Ryomen Sukuna, the strongest of the characters, required us to continue modifying the game’s balance until the finish.
While we admire the characters’ distinct features, a PvP game demands balance. Because there is an element of growth during battles in the game, we changed Gojo and Sukuna so that it takes time for them to build up energy, but once completely powered up, they will become the “strongest” in the game.
We’ve also sped up the evolution of the other characters so you can get a sense of their personalities.
What Inspired the 2v2 Fighting, and What Gameplay Features Are Unique to Cursed Clash?

For example, Toge Inumaki’s “Cursed Speech” can harm his throat, which can be especially harmful if he utilizes it against a strong opponent. If you employ Cursed Speech, the gauge will decrease.
The stronger the opponent, the greater the reduction. Once that gauge is empty, the player will suffer damage. However, you can recover the gauge by taking throat medication!
Regarding Ryomen Sukuna, we have made it such that, despite the 2v2 battle, you can blow up both your companion and the opponents. This mechanic allows gamers to experience the King of Curses’ genuine presence.
