Finally, Dragon Ball lovers, the Tenkaichi series has returned. Bandai Namco today revealed Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, with the 3D fighting franchise ready to make its triumphant return after a decade hiatus.
While there are many other fighting games set in Akira Toriyama’s Dragon Ball universe, such as the great Dragon Ball FighterZ and Xenoverse titles, the Budokai Tenkaichi series is famous for its gigantic, destructible 3D battle arenas and a large roster of playable characters. Tenkaichi 4 was announced as Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero at the 2023 Game Awards.
Tenkaichi 3 allows you to take over the roles of Arale, King Vegeta, and Tambourine. We’re expecting the upcoming installment will include its list of deep cuts from the anime’s enormous cast of characters. At the very least, we know it involves Dragon Ball Super.
Continue reading to learn everything there is to know about the upcoming game, including the Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero release date, platform availability, and trailer.
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Release Date PS5
There is no definite release date for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 or Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero at the moment. The game was only recently disclosed and is reported to be in the early phases of production, so we may have to wait a while before we can play it.
Given that the original games were all released in October/November of 2005, 2006, and 2007, we can presumably expect the new Tenkaichi game to be released in 2024 around the same time. We’ll update this page with fresh release date information when it becomes available.
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Gameplay and Story
At the time of writing, little is known about the new Budokai Tenkaichi. We only know that a new game in the cult classic series is now in production at Bandai Namco and that Goku, one of the most powerful anime characters, will be able to transform into his Super Saiyan form.
This indicates that Dragon Ball Super will be incorporated into the Budokai Tenkaichi universe. In the upcoming Tenkaichi, we should see new playable characters, stages, and transformations from the franchise.
One ambition for Tenkaichi 4 is that it maintains the series’ history of including more than 100 playable characters (more than 9,000 would be ideal but may not be realistic). You may fight with and against characters from the complete Dragon Ball franchise (original, Z, and GT) in Tenkaichi 3.
The series is well-known for its deep cuts and exact recreations of obscure and well-known characters, as well as dazzling special techniques and the ability to shift on the fly. Fingers crossed that the new game has over 100 playable characters and includes some real unknowns.

WoW 10.2 is the latest content update for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, the third expansion of the popular MMORPG. The update, which was released on November 7, 2023, introduces a new zone, a new raid, a new weapon, new events, and more. In this article, we will summarize the main features and changes of the WoW 10.2 patch notes, and what you can expect from the Guardians of the Dream update.
WoW 10.2 Patch Notes
WoW 10.2 Patch Notes
New Zone: The Emerald Dream
The Emerald Dream is a new zone that is accessible from the World Tree in the center of Azeroth. The zone is a seed of the World Tree that has been corrupted by Fyrakk, the Seer of the Flame, and his molten allies.
The zone is divided into four regions: the Viridian Weave, the Molten Incursion, the Incarnates Wake, and the Fate of Amirdrassil. Each region has its own quests, enemies, and secrets to discover.
The Emerald Dream also has a new faction, the Dream Wardens, who are the guardians of the zone and the World Tree. You can earn reputation with them by completing quests, events, and world quests in the zone. You can also buy various rewards from their quartermaster, such as mounts, pets, toys, and transmog items.
New Raid: Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope
Amirdrassil is a new raid that is located in the Fate of Amirdrassil region of the Emerald Dream. The raid has four wings and eight bosses, each with their mechanics and loot.
The raid is available in four difficulties: LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic. The raid also has a new legendary weapon, Fyr’alath, the Dream Render, which can be obtained by defeating Fyrakk on Mythic difficulty.
The raid bosses are:
Gnarlroot: A corrupted treant that uses nature and fire attacks.
Igira the Cruel: A molten giant that uses physical and fire attacks.
Smolderon: A fire elemental that uses fire and explosive attacks.
Volcoross: A lava worm that uses fire and acid attacks.
Larodar, Keeper of the Flame: A dragonkin that uses fire and arcane attacks.
Council of Dreams: A trio of Dreamweaver that use nature and arcane attacks.
Nymue, Weaver of the Cycle: A dryad that uses nature and frost attacks.
Fyrakk, Seer of the Flame: A fire incarnate that uses fire and shadow attacks.
New Public Events: Superbloom and Emerald Bounty
Superbloom and Emerald Bounty are two new public events that occur randomly in the Emerald Dream. Superbloom is an event where you have to collect and plant seeds to grow flowers and trees in the zone.
Emerald Bounty is an event where you have to hunt and loot rare and elite enemies in the zone. Both events reward you with gold, resources, reputation, and a chance to get mounts, pets, toys, and transmog items.
New Class Tier Sets
WoW 10.2 also introduces new class tier sets for all classes. The sets are themed around the Emerald Dream and the World Tree, and have different bonuses and effects depending on the class and the spec. The sets can be obtained by completing the raid, the PvP season, or the Mythic+ season. The sets are:
Druid: Dreamweaver’s Regalia
Hunter: Wildwood Tracker’s Garb
Mage: Arcanist’s Raiment
Monk: Mistweaver’s Vestments
Paladin: Lightbringer’s Armor
Priest: Vestments of the Dreamer

Shaman: Stormcaller’s Regalia

Class Reworks: Rogue and Demon Hunter
WoW 10.2 also reworks two classes: Rogue and Demon Hunter. The reworks aim to improve the gameplay, balance, and identity of the classes and their specs. The reworks include changes to the abilities, talents, and resources of the classes and their specs. Some of the main changes are:

Molten: Enemies periodically erupt, dealing fire damage to nearby players and enemies.
Dreambound: Players are periodically teleported to the Emerald Dream, where they have to complete a challenge or face a penalty.

WoW 10.2 also adds new features and options for dragonriding, the new gameplay system that was introduced in the Dragonflight expansion. The features and options include:

Druid Forms: New forms, colors, and effects for the Druid class, such as the Emerald Bear, the Molten Cat, the Stormcrow, and the Firestalker.
It’s possible that more PS5 Pro specifications and information, such as the release date of Sony’s purportedly powerful PS5 console, have leaked online. We have covered the PS5 Pro model in our reports on multiple occasions. As reported in May of this year, Sony is reportedly 100% committed to developing a Pro console.
It was stated more recently that the console is expected to be powered by a unique eight-core Zen 2 CPU, maybe quadruple the performance of the Tempest Engine, two shader engines, and more.
It’s interesting to note that the first rumor was part of a bigger one from leaker Tom Henderson, who also stated that Sony was developing a PS5 model that was thinner. This has turned out to be accurate, as the majority of you are aware, and the thinner PS5 variants are currently offered everywhere.
A user has now allegedly provided further information and specs about Sony’s PS5 Pro model on the ResetEra forums. The PS5 Pro model is rumored to be unveiled in September of next year. The speculated Pro model’s CPU boost is reportedly not that big when compared to the PS5’s current CPU, as suggested by leaker @Kepler_L2 earlier this month.
This fresh information from the ResetEra user also provides some more CPU specifics. Based on this “leak,” the Zen2 architecture seen in the PS5 model will remain the same in the Pro model but with a greater dynamic peak frequency.
Remarkably, this updated data also refers to “accelerated ray tracing,” a concept that Tom Henderson also brought up in July of this year. Below, via RandomlyRandom 67, are the details that were shared on the ResetEra forums:
Viola is fabbed on TSMC N4P.
GFX1115
Viola’s CPU is maintaining the zen2 architecture found in the existing PS5 for compatibility, but the frequency will once again be dynamic with a peak of 4.4GHz. 64 KB of L1 cache per core, 512 KB of L2 cache per core, and 8 MB of L3 shared (4 MB per CCX).
Viola’s die is 30WGPs when fully enabled, but it will only have 28WGPs (56 CUs) enabled for the silicon in retail PS5 Pro units.
Trinity is the culmination of three key technologies. Fast storage (hardware accelerated compression and decompression, already an existing key PS5 technology), accelerated ray tracing, and upscaling.
Architecture is RDNA3, but it’s taking ray tracing improvements from RDNA4. BVH traversal will be handled by dedicated RT hardware rather than fully relying on the shaders. It will also include thread reordering to reduce data and execution divergence, something akin to Ada Lovelace SER and Intel Arc’s TSU.
3584 shaders, 224 TMUs, and 96 ROPs.
16GB of 18 Gbps GDDR6. 256-bit memory bus with 576 GB/s memory bandwidth.
The GPU frequency target is 2.0 GHz. This lands the dual-issue TFLOPs in the range of 28.67 TFLOPs peak (224 (TMUs) * 2 (operations, dual issue) * 2 (core clock)). 14.33 TFLOPs if we ignore the dual-issue factor.
50-60% rasterization uplift over Oberon and Oberon Plus, over twice the raw RT performance.
XDNA2 NPU will be featured for the purpose of accelerating Sony’s bespoke temporal machine learning upscaling technique. This will be one of the core focuses of the PS5 Pro, as we saw with checkboard rendering for the PS4 Pro. Temporally stable upscaled 4K output at higher than 30 FPS is the goal.
September 2024 reveal
The Sony PS5 Pro has the potential to utilize 60 of the 64 CUs present on the Viola SOC, as noted by Kepler_L2:
This is what AMD leaker said about 56 out of 60 CUs assumption for the PS5 pro so these might be fake. https://t.co/zZmBnNpnVG
When questioned about these additional PS5 Pro specs that have leaked on X (previously Twitter), Tom Henderson said he was unable to answer. The leaker went on to say that because dev kits are being sent to outside developers, Sony anticipates that the console’s complete specifications will surface this month.
Naturally, as of right now, none of the aforementioned details have received formal confirmation. Actually, as of right now, Sony hasn’t even acknowledged that a Pro model exists. As such, for the time being, take this “info” very, very lightly. As soon as we receive additional information, we’ll let you know.
A fresh leak linked to State of Decay 3 has potentially revealed the release date for Xbox’s future survival game – and it’s much later than many fans probably expected. Xbox stated in 2020 that developer Undead Labs was working on State of Decay 3.
This announcement was made in the form of a CG teaser, hence no gameplay footage was displayed. Since this announcement, Xbox and Undead Labs have announced nothing new about the State of Decay 3, raising a variety of doubts from fans about the project’s status. Now, an explanation for the silence appears to have emerged, and it is because SoD3 may still be years away.
State Of Decay 3 Release Date
According to Nora Shramek’s Art Station profile, who is the lighting lead at Undead Labs on State of Decay 3, the game is set to be released in 2027. If this is correct, there will be a nine-year gap between State of Decay 2 and State of Decay 3, which is extremely long.
State Of Decay 3 Release Date
It also implies that Xbox would have revealed the State of Decay 3 seven years before its release. Normally, games aren’t revealed this far ahead, but SoD3 could have only recently begun pre-production when it was shown off in 2020.
The state of Decay 3 was first revealed in 2020 during the Xbox Games Showcase. The game, created by Microsoft-owned studio Undead Labs, was launched with a short cinematic trailer and hasn’t had much information released about it since, particularly about its release date.
While it’s impossible to say anything about the State of Decay 3’s development due to Undead Lab’s silence, the studio has previously been at the centre of a toxic environment debate. Former Undead Labs employees complained about a hostile workplace climate in which programmers got stressed by deadlines and have spoken about incidences of misogyny, such as women being systematically ignored during decision-making, in 2022.
The state of Decay 3 is a significant title for Microsoft, which owns Undead Labs, and this report suggests that it may take some time to release, but this does not mean that Microsoft and its Game Pass service will be short on first-party releases anytime soon.
Microsoft showcased many first-party titles that would be launched in the next years during the recent Xbox Showcase, including Forza Motorsport, Fable, Avowed, Clockwork Revolution, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. While none of these games are open-world zombie shooters, it’s safe to say that there’s enough diversity to suit all preferences.
The free Valhalla DLC for God of War Ragnarok includes a new boss encounter against a story-important character who fans have been yearning to see since the original game’s release.
Although most God of War fans expected an expansion or side story involving an older Atreus adventuring in another realm, we were all surprised to learn at The Game Awards that Ragnarok’s first piece of DLC is not only free but also focuses on Kratos as he attempts to make his way through Valhalla.
God Of War Ragnarok Valhalla 05.03 Patch Notes
Valhalla, it turns out, is much more than just a fascinating roguelite take on God of War’s gameplay; it also serves as a sort of epilogue to the main game, packed with plot content and surprises for players.
One of those surprises is a final boss battle against a powerful character whom fans hoped to see in the main game but didn’t get. The following contains major spoilers for God of War Ragnarok’s Valhalla DLC.
After Kratos first enters Valhalla, it is revealed that the one who invited him to take on the trials in the first place was none other than Tyr (the real version, not the one that Odin was masquerading as), the Norse God of War who played a significant role in Ragnarok’s story. That explains why his actor said we hadn’t seen the last of him.
When Tyr first meets Kratos and Mimir, he tells them that he brought them to Valhalla because he understands his internal conflicts and wants them to confront them, which he will only be worthy of if he can defeat them in a friendly fight. As nice as two Gods shaking the Earth can be, at least.
Fans have been anticipating a massive clash between the two Gods since 2018’s God of War, something that appeared to happen in Ragnarok but did not. Although this was disheartening for many fans, it makes sense for the tale given that we don’t truly get to see the real Tyr until the end of the game, and the one we spent the majority of our time with Ragnarok was Odin in disguise.

A new hunt is approaching, so sharpen your blades, stock up on remedies, and have a big supper. Monster Hunter Wilds was revealed at The Game Awards 2023, and it appears to be the biggest and worst entry in the hunting genre to date. Since Monster Hunter World, the franchise has drawn fans from all around the world.
Some were unhappy with the previous entry, Monster Hunter Rise because it was first released on Switch before being converted to PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles at a later date. Capcom doesn’t seem to be holding back this time, so let’s follow the trail and find out everything we can about Monster Hunter Wilds.
Monster Hunter Wilds Release Date
Monster Hunter fans have been waiting for word about the sixth generation of games in Capcom’s second-best-selling franchise for quite some time. Their prayers were answered at The Game Awards 2023 when the show’s closing surprise revealed Monster Hunter Wilds for the first time.
While the Niantic-developed Monster Hunter Now may keep some players occupied until the arrival of Monster Hunter Wilds in 2025, Capcom isn’t putting all of its eggs in one basket. They’ve welcomed both new and experienced players to put their skills to the test in Monster Hunter World.
The ReturntoWorld campaign has resulted in a significant increase in active Monster Hunter World gamers across multiple platforms. It has reached its biggest 24-hour peak since October 2020, according to SteamDB.
Hunters, keep your skills sharp ahead of the arrival of Monster Hunter Wilds in 2025 as we invite you to join us as we #ReturntoWorld!
It’s time to relive the hunts & journey we’ve taken since 2018 as we look forward to the next generation!
Capcom’s ReturntoWorld campaign aims to prepare players for Monster Hunter Wilds. Monster Hunter World’s basic game and Iceborne DLC are now available for their lowest price ever, thanks to the company’s approval.
In addition, they’ve been organizing community live streaming of the game to provide complete playing for individuals who are still on the fence. It appears to be working since Monster Hunter World recently reached a 24-hour peak of 97,006. This is the most players it has had in three years.
Before Capcom launched their campaign, the Monster Hunter franchise’s die-hard audience had been pleading for seasoned gamers to return to Monster Hunter World. The developer’s official seal of approval has been a pleasant sight in the community.
Veterans have gotten involved by welcoming new players and offering tips on how to overcome the game’s high barrier to entry. In addition, they’ve been jumping into hunts using Monster Hunter World’s SOS Flare system and assisting novices in the most difficult hunts.
To avoid steamrolling monsters with their endgame gear, veteran players have created new characters in the spirit of the event. There has never been a better time to start watching the series.
Monster Hunter World was the first title in the genre to get widespread acclaim, and players can find out why alongside a slew of other newcomers.
Monster Hunter Wilds Platforms
Monster Hunter Wilds, unlike Rise, will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Unfortunately, it appears that Switch owners will be excluded this time.

Except for the Winter Veil deployment, the modifications to Season of Discovery have been modest. However, the December 19 patch made certain changes to the classes. Let’s take a look at the WoW Classic: SoD patch notes for today and see what they include.
WoW SoD Patch Notes Dec 19
The December 19 patch changes, announced in a blue post on the official World of Warcraft forums, are pretty significant considering they, and the talents they effect, are deviations from the tried and true vanilla WoW paradigm.
WoW SoD Patch Notes Dec 19
That’s the whole point of this “Season of Discovery” thing, and I’m sure most of us are interested in how Blizzard will continue to tweak it. But for now, here’s what you can expect when you log in:
Mage
Living Flame now benefits from and consumes Arcane Blast.
Paladin
Avenger’s Shield’s movement slow is now properly considered a Snare and can be removed by effects that remove movement impairing effects.
Mana granted by Seal of Martydom to party and raid members has been increased.
Seal of Martyrdom now grants all party and raid members 20% of damage the Paladin takes from the seal (was 10%).
Rogue
Blade Dance has been updated to grant 10% parry at all ranks, rather than increasing parry chance per combo point. The only effect of more combo points is now increased duration.
Shaman
Mana granted by Shamanistic Rage to party and raid members has been increased. Shamanistic Rage now grants party and raid members 20% of the mana gained by the Shaman (was 10%).
Professions
Tailors may now learn and craft Invoker’s Cord and Invoker’s Mantle. Both grant additional spell damage and healing. These recipes can be purchased from Borya in Orgrimmar or Elynna in Darnassus.
The free Valhalla DLC for Ragnarok has proven to be far more than anybody expected. Sure, it’s a God of War-inspired roguelite, but it goes deeper by pushing Kratos to ponder on his history and face some difficult facts.
When it comes to difficulty, the new DLC isn’t exactly a walk in the park. Furthermore, it was released with several bugs, some of which may have hampered the experience for some players.

Some games make an indelible impression on gamers, whether because they were startlingly bad, like Gollum, or because they excelled where other titles failed. Today we commemorate the majesty of a wonderful game: Batman: Arkham Knight. And what better way to do so than to inform you that the game will receive a free update eight years after its initial release?
I’m not sure what else will convince you of the game’s brilliance.
Batman Arkham Knight Update 2023
Rocksteady has published Batman Arkham Knight version 1.17, which includes Matt Reeves’ The Batman movie skin for usage on all platforms, as announced last month.
— Carlos “Diamond Crook Avenger” Enrique (@TitoTitoq85) December 16, 2023
THE BATMAN skin from Matt Reeves’ 2022 is now available. The Batman film.
That’s all there is to the latest Batman Arkham Knight update. Given the game’s age and other factors, don’t expect any gameplay modifications or new material.
Speaking of Rocksteady, the studio’s next game is (nearly) here! Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be released on February 2, 2024, for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Civilization 6 has launched a free update across all platforms to commemorate a significant anniversary, and most players are pleased to learn that there are some features and adjustments worth examining.
This marks the 32nd anniversary of Sid Meier’s Civilization series, which will not be forgotten. To get “Civtember” off to a good start, a promotional film was released on the last day of August to promote the release of a free update available to gamers across all platforms.
Civ 6 Update
This update offered far more than most gamers anticipated. The first wave of the Leader Pass for Civilization 6 was launched in November 2022 as a new type of DLC that was only available on PC. Many players were disappointed to learn that the additional content would not be available on consoles.
The August 2023 Update for Civilization VI is here, featuring:
🏆 New achievements
⚔️ Ability updates
🔧 Assorted fixes
Thankfully, the free August 2023 update has finally remedied this, and players may now experience the 12 new leaders as well as six distinct variations of several fan-favourite leaders.
Although the announcement of the Leader Pass was the highlight for many gamers, there was much more to the update. Civilization 6 fans will be pleased to learn that extra achievements have been introduced.
Gamers can now earn achievements for defeating each leader added to the game with the Leader Pass DLC. In addition, various tweaks have been made to balance some leadership skills.
Gamers will notice that the Veni, Vidi, Vici ability of Julius Caesar, Wu Zetian’s Manual of Entrapment ability, Varangian Harald Hadrada’s Varangian Guard ability, and Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation ability have all been changed.
Because only Leader Pass leaders’ skills have had their powers balanced, gamers who are curious to try them out can do so right away.
