Star Citizen Alpha 3.23 Update: What’s New and Exciting in the Verse

A really big update for Star Citizen just came out! It’s called Alpha 3.23. This update brings lots of new stuff to the game to make it better.

One cool thing is a new tool where you can make your character look just how you want. The people who make the game, Cloud Imperium Games, rebuilt this tool completely. Now, you can pick from different head shapes, hairstyles, eyebrows, and facial hair styles. Plus, you can save your character and use it later.

Some other important changes are happening behind the scenes. They’re making the game work better, even if you might not notice it right away.

One big change is how the game saves your progress. Now, if the game crashes, you won’t lose all the progress you made. That’s good news!

They also added something called the Vulkan Renderer. Right now, it might not make the game run faster than before, but they’re working on it. Eventually, it might be even better than before.

Lastly, they improved how the game looks. They added something called image upscaling. This makes the graphics look better without slowing down the game.

    ● Meet the Wildlife, Marok and Kopian: Life finds a way. Star Citizen now has animals! The first ones are the marok bird and the kopian. The marok bird is small and flies using its big wings. It follows fish when they move. Sometimes, it eats leftover food from humans. But don’t worry, it won’t hurt you. The kopian, however, is like a wild dog. It can be a problem, and players might need to deal with them.

    ● Mirai’s Pulse and Pulse LX Hoverbikes Bring Portable Thrills: Mirai, a company in the game, made two new hoverbikes. The Pulse is fast and has weapons to defend itself. The Pulse LX is even faster but doesn’t have weapons. Both bikes are easy to carry in your spaceship, so you can explore different places easily.

    ● Master Modes Makes its Galactic Debut: Now, flying ships in Star Citizen is different. Ships can be in Navigation Mode or Standard Control Mode. Navigation Mode helps you travel quickly, while Standard Control Mode lets you fight better. Switching between them is easy, but it takes a few seconds.

    ● Welcome to the Distribution Center: There are big buildings called distribution centers in the game now. You can go there to get missions. They’re huge, so it’s best to use ground vehicles to get around.

    ● Fly, Shoot, and Problem Solve in Arena Commander: There are new maps and challenges in the game’s Arena Commander mode. One map, Miner’s Lament, is full of asteroids. There’s also a new mode for testing engineering gameplay.

    ● Plot a Course with the Star Map: The Star Map helps you find your way in space. It shows all the places you can go. You can even search for specific places and plot a course there.

    ● FPS Combat Upgrades Deliver More Immersion: Fighting on foot is better now. There are new animations for running and aiming guns. Reloading is slower, and guns kick back more realistically.

    ● New Cloud Tech and Visual Options: Clouds look better in the game now. There are also options to make the game look better without slowing it down. And you can customize your character even more.

    ● Welcoming New Players to all Landing Zones: New players have more starting options now. They can begin in different cities, each with its unique features.

CI Games Announces Final Layoffs: Restructuring After Record Year?

CI Games is making more job cuts as part of the changes it started in January.

In a statement to GamesIndustry.biz, the company said this “final, targeted round of redundancies” will affect about 30 people in its production teams. They’re doing this to be more efficient in focusing on their main goals.

They made it clear that Hexworks, the team behind Lords of the Fallen, isn’t affected. They’re still working on ‘Project 3,’ their new action RPG.

Another CI Games team, Underdog Studio, has more time to finish the early version of ‘Project Survive’ before they start making the whole game.

All the affected employees have been told about this today, and the company will support them during this process.

This news comes after CI Games said in January that they would be letting go of 10% of their staff.

Last month, they announced they made over $60 million in 2023 because Lords of the Fallen did so well.

CI Games Laying Off Around 30 Employees

CI Games told GamesIndustry that they’re going to have one last round of job cuts, and about 30 people will lose their jobs.

They say this is the last time they’ll do this, and it’s to make sure they’re using their resources in the best way for their plans.

The affected employees were told about this today, and CI Games will support them during this time.

This isn’t the first time CI Games has done this. They also let go of 10 percent of their staff in January.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows Official Reveal Trailer: Embrace the Shinobi in Feudal Japan

Ubisoft’s new Assassin’s Creed game, set in feudal Japan, finally has a name: Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Before, it was just called Assassin’s Creed: Codename Red.

They’re going to show more about Shadows this week, on Wednesday, May 15th at 5 pm UK time. That’s when they’ll release a full trailer for the game on YouTube.

The new Assassin’s Creed game, previously known as Assassin’s Creed Codename Red, now has an official title: Assassin’s Creed Shadows. The game, set in Japan, will be properly revealed on May 15.

Ubisoft tweeted, “Assassin’s Creed Codename Red becomes Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Tune in for the Official Cinematic World Premiere Trailer on May 15, 9 AM PT.” That’s noon ET / 4 pm GMT / 5 pm BST. You can watch the trailer on Ubisoft’s YouTube channel.

This trailer is said to be “cinematic,” so we might not see much actual gameplay. But with the Summer Game Fest coming up in June and the usual Ubisoft Forward event on June 10, we’ll likely get more details soon.

Ubisoft also mentioned an “hourglass puzzle” on Assassin’s Creed’s social media channels. They say that those who solve it will be rewarded, hinting at some hidden secret.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows was announced alongside other upcoming Assassin’s Creed games and is described as “the future of our open-world RPG games on Assassin’s Creed.” Apart from the Japanese setting and ties with Assassin’s Creed Infinity, there haven’t been many official details.

The game is listed for PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PS4, but interestingly, there’s no mention of an Xbox One version despite the last-gen PlayStation release.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows Season Pass and DLC Prices Leaked

A dataminer, @Ubisoft_Frax, has shared some info about what’s coming after the release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows (previously known as Assassin’s Creed Red).

They say there will be at least two new expansions after the game launches, and each will cost $25. But if you want to get all the post-launch content, you can buy the Season Pass for $40.

They’ve also mentioned the prices for Helix, the in-game currency used in Assassin’s Creed, for buying stuff in the game:

    • 500 Helix – $/€5
    • 1050 Helix – $/€10
    • 2300 Helix – $/€20

  • Square Enix’s Plans for Multiplatform: Franchises Freed, Fans Rejoice!

Square Enix’s Plans for Multiplatform: Franchises Freed, Fans Rejoice!

Square Enix, the company behind Final Fantasy, has shared a new business plan. They say they want to “aggressively pursue a multiplatform strategy” which means they want to release games on different platforms like Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, and PCs.

This could mean they might not focus as much on releasing games only for Sony platforms as they used to.

    Square Enix’s Plans for Multiplatform

    Square Enix's Plans for Multiplatform
    Square Enix’s Plans for Multiplatform

Square Enix has a new plan called “Square Enix Reboots, and Awakens.” They want to release their big games on different platforms like Nintendo, Xbox, PlayStation, and Windows PC.

Before, Square Enix usually made deals with Sony to release their biggest games only on PlayStation. For example, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and Final Fantasy 16 are only on PlayStation 5.

But some games, like Forspoken and the original Final Fantasy 7 Remake, are on PlayStation and PC. Final Fantasy 14 just came out on Xbox this March, after being on PC and PlayStation for over ten years.

But now, Square Enix’s new plan suggests they won’t do this exclusive stuff as much. They want more people to be able to play their games.

They mentioned they want to do this for “major franchises and AAA titles including catalog titles.” This means games like Final Fantasy 7 and Final Fantasy 16 might come to other platforms soon.

This change comes after reports that Final Fantasy 16 and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth didn’t make as much money as expected. Square Enix even said they didn’t make a lot of money from big-budget games for consoles and PCs in their financial report.

Other companies like Xbox and Sony are also thinking about releasing games on different platforms.

Xbox is already doing this, and Sony is starting to do it too with games like Helldivers 2. Square Enix’s new plan is kind of like what Xbox is doing. They want more people to play their games, just like Xbox does.

  • God of War Ragnarok is Reportedly Coming to PC: Kratos Prepares for a PC Warpath

God of War Ragnarok is Reportedly Coming to PC: Kratos Prepares for a PC Warpath

A reliable leaker known as billbil-kun, writing for Dealabs, has claimed that the popular action game “God of War: Ragnarok” will soon be available on PC. However, they didn’t give an exact release date. According to billbil-kun, an announcement about this PC release is expected sometime in May.

“God of War: Ragnarok” originally launched on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in November 2022 and was a huge success among both critics and players.

It quickly became the fastest-selling first-party game in PlayStation history, selling 5.1 million units in its first week alone.

By November 2023, it had sold over 15 million copies. The Valhalla DLC released last year was also well-received. If the PC release happens this fall, it will be two years after the game first came out on consoles.

According to a reliable leaker named billbil-kun, the next Sony game coming to PC could be “God of War: Ragnarök”.

Billbil-kun, who has a track record of accurate leaks about Sony games, claims they have inside information suggesting that a PC version of the highly successful sequel to 2019’s “God of War” will be announced, “sometime in May”.

They’re not sure about the release date yet, but they think we might get more details during the next PlayStation State of Play showcase, which might happen later this month.

If the PC port is confirmed in May, people will be watching to see if Sony requires PC players to connect to the PlayStation Network (PSN). Previously, for “Ghost of Tsushima“, players were told they only needed to connect to PSN if they wanted to play the Legends multiplayer mode.

But some players who can’t make a PSN account are getting their pre-orders refunded automatically.

  • Genshin Impact 5.0 Natlan Update: Unveiling the Land of Fire

Genshin Impact 5.0 Natlan Update: Unveiling the Land of Fire

As Genshin Impact gets closer to finishing up with Fontaine, we’re learning more about Natlan and what’s coming in the Summer Event for 2024.

In Version 4.6, there will be new places to explore like the ruins of Remuria and the Sea of Bygone Eras. But we won’t get a whole new map until Natlan arrives in August 2024.

In Version 4.7, there will be three new characters you can play as. Then, Version 4.8 will bring a special zone just for a limited time, all centered around a big event.

For Version 4.7, the featured characters on the banners will be Clorinde and Alhaitham at first, then Sigewinne and Furina later on. Version 4.8 might not introduce any new top-tier characters, so fans are hoping to see Wriothesley and Navia make a comeback.

Wriothesley seems likely because of his role in the Imaginarium Theater, but hints suggest Navia will also be on the banners.

According to hxg_diluc, a trusted source, there’s talk that the Summer Event in Version 4.8 will be all about the Hexenzirkel again, but this time with a fairy tale twist. Characters like Navia, Nilou, Wanderer, Kirara, and Durin, the big dragon from Mondstadt’s past, will have important roles. Plus, players will finally get to ride on Durin as a preview for the mount system coming in Natlan.

    Genshin Impact 5.0 Natlan update

In Genshin Impact’s Version 4.2, Neuvillette hinted about what’s coming in Natlan. This new area will have two main stories: one about war and another about dragons.

The Pyro Archon and the Dragon Sovereign will be important characters in Natlan. You’ll be able to reach Natlan from the western part of the Sumeru Desert.

According to recent leaks, exploring Natlan will mainly involve riding dragons. It’s said that Xbalanque, the Dragon Sovereign, will look like a medium-built guy with tanned skin and either red or white hair.

We’re getting close to seeing what’s in Version 4.8. Beta testing is expected to start on June 5, 2024. In this version, we might see new outfits for characters. Previous leaks suggest that these outfits will match the fairy tale theme of the Summer Event.

Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Natlan World Design

A recent leak from a well-known Genshin Impact leaker, Uncle Teyvat, gives us some insight into how HoYoverse is planning the world design for Natlan.

According to the leak, Natlan’s world will focus more on storytelling than just exploration, unlike previous regions. However, this doesn’t mean exploration will disappear; it’ll just be balanced with the main story.

The leak mentions the Remuria sub-region in Version 4.6 as an example of this new design philosophy.

We’ve heard some rumors about Natlan before. Uncle Teyvat hinted earlier that mounts might be introduced with Natlan’s launch. People think Natlan is located southwest of the Sumeru desert. It’s expected to join Genshin Impact in Version 5.0, likely in August.

HoYoverse also announced that Version 5.0 will bring significant graphical improvements to the game. These changes might increase the game’s performance demands on some devices. The leak suggests that Natlan’s graphical enhancements are a big reason behind this update.

With Natlan on the horizon, Genshin Impact fans have lots to look forward to in the coming months!

  • Hades 2 Early Access: Help Shape the Fate of the Underworld!

Hades 2 Early Access: Help Shape the Fate of the Underworld!

In a surprising move, Hades 2 is now out on Steam and Epic Games Store as an early-access game. But what about Hades 2 on PS5?

The game had a successful technical test recently, with fans loving it. This showed that the game’s development was going well. Soon after, Supergiant Games decided to release an early access version of Hades 2 on PC.

If you’re a console player, especially on PlayStation, you might be wondering if Hades 2 will come to PS5. The answer is likely yes, especially since the first Hades game eventually came to PS5.

But the big question is when Hades 2 will come to PS5. In this guide, we’ll explain that.

    Hades 2 Early Access

A Hades 2 release date for PS5 is expected to be around 2025, possibly after or at the same time as the game’s full version release on PC. Supergiant Games plans to keep Hades 2 in early access until the end of 2024, so version 1.0 might come out in early 2025.

Looking at how Hades 1 was released, the PS5 version might come out a few months after the PC release.

For example, Hades 1 came out for PC and Switch in September 2020, but it didn’t come to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S until a year later in August 2021. So, if Hades 2 follows a similar pattern, it might not be available on PS5 until late 2025 or early 2026.

However, Supergiant Games has grown a bit since the success of Hades 1. While they’re still a small studio, they’ve gotten better at making these types of games.

Plus, Hades 2 is more popular than ever, with over 100,000 players on its first day of early access. So, Supergiant Games probably wants to release Hades 2 on all platforms at the same time to keep their fans happy.

Because of this, we think the Hades 2 release date for PS5 could be around the same time as the PC release in 2025, or maybe just a few months later.

Will Hades 2 be on PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X?

Supergiant Games plans to release Hades 2 on consoles, PC, and Mac, but they haven’t specified which consoles yet. In a frequently asked questions post on their Discord server, they said, “We expect for Hades 2 to eventually be available for PC, Mac, and console platforms (though cannot confirm which platforms yet).”

Right now, you can only play the early access version of Hades 2 on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. It’s not available on consoles like PS5, Xbox Series X, or Nintendo Switch.

Looking at how Hades 1 was released, it started with early access on PC and later came out on PC and Nintendo Switch. Then, it was released for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One, and even became available on Xbox Game Pass. Hades 1 also came out on iOS through Netflix this year, so it’s pretty much playable on every device.

Considering this, it’s likely that Supergiant will aim to release Hades 2 on PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch eventually.

Since Hades 2 will probably be in early access until 2025, it might also come out on the rumored Nintendo Switch successor and the rumored PS5 Pro. However, it’s unlikely that Hades 2 will come to consoles while it’s still in early access, and console releases haven’t been mentioned in the Hades 2 roadmap so far.

  • Helldivers 2 Pulled From Steam: Mandatory PSN Link Sparks Outrage

Helldivers 2 Pulled From Steam: Mandatory PSN Link Sparks Outrage

Given the removal of the PlayStation Network (PSN) requirement, Helldivers 2 faces hurdles. The Sony-published game has been pulled from Steam in nearly 200 locations.

Arrowhead, the developer, is attempting to bring it back to Valve’s platform. Sony’s initially excellent PC launch has now taken a tumble. Even if the PSN requirement is no longer in effect, the game has already taken substantial damage.

    Helldivers 2 Pulled From Steam

Helldivers 2 developer and Arrowhead CEO Johan Pilestedt has given an update on the game’s Steam delisting, and it’s not good news. Arrowhead is still talking with Sony to try and reverse the decision, but Pilestedt says “It doesn’t look positive.”

The game was originally removed from Steam in 177 territories by Sony, and three more countries were added to the list later: Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. These 180 territories can’t buy the game right now, but Arrowhead is trying to fix the issue with Sony.

The upcoming PC port of Ghost of Tsushima also got delisted on Steam in these territories because of a requirement from the PlayStation Network for the multiplayer part of the game. Valve, the company behind Steam, noticed this and took action independently.

Sony has now removed the PSN account linking requirement, and the negative reviews on Steam have mostly been reversed.

But Helldivers 2 is still unavailable in many parts of the world. Pilestedt and Arrowhead are working to get it back, but it’s been a challenge. Sony’s actions with Helldivers 2 and Ghost of Tsushima show a step backward in the PC gaming market.

Helldivers 2: Transforming Negative Reviews into a Heroic Mantle

Over the weekend, Helldivers 2 announced that players would need to link their Steam accounts to PSN to keep playing. But this idea got a lot of negative feedback, so Sony quickly changed their minds. Still, the game’s overall score took a hit from the backlash.

But Arrowhead CEO and Helldivers 2 creative director Johan Pilestedt isn’t upset. He’s turning the negative reviews into something positive by adding them to the game as a cape. This way, players can wear the cape and remember this moment whenever they play.

And don’t worry, Pilestedt won’t charge players for the cape. People are even coming up with cool names for it, like “Voice of Democracy” and “We Dive Together”.

We don’t know when the cape will be added, but for now, the community is working to raise the game’s review score back up.

Pokemon Unite Update v1.14.1.5 Patch Notes

Pokemon Unite Update v1.14.1.5 Patch Notes
Pokemon Unite Update v1.14.1.5 Patch Notes

    Zoroark

Central Area Zoroark has been dominating the early stages of the Unite Battles due to its high mobility, damage, and recovery. Night Slash’s damage and healing have been nerfed, making it less likely to knock out opponents under goals.

    Night Slash

    • Damage: 15% decrease
    • Cooldown: 8 sec. → 9 sec.
    • HP recovery: 20% decrease

    Buzzwole

The Superpower+ → Smack Down → Superpower+ combo relied on the Muscle Gauge reaching max, granting full cooldown reduction for Smack Down+. This combo was almost a guaranteed KO, making Buzzwole a 1v1 beast that was nearly impossible to duel. Superpower and Smack Down have been nerfed, requiring several basic attacks to fill the Muscle Gauge for the second Superpower attempt.

    Superpower

    • Cooldown: 7.5 sec. → 8.5 sec.

    Superpower+

    • The muscle gauge reaching its maximum will reduce the cooldown by 3s instead of the full cooldown.

    Smack Down

    • Muscle gauge increments per hit: 2 → 1

    Smack Down+

    • Muscle gauge increments per hit: 3 → 2

    Mewtwo (Mega Mewtwo Y)

The special attack growth has been nerfed, so that Mewtwo’s damage will scale less in the later stages of the Unite Battles. Additionally, the damage caused by the Unite move, combined with Teleport’s damage buff, was excessive. Both Teleport and Unite Move have been nerfed.

    Stats

    • Sp. Atk: 150-810 → 150-780 (Lv.1-15)

    Teleport

    • Damage increase: 20% → 10%
    • Second teleport duration: 3s → 2s

    Teleport+

    • Damage increase: 30% → 15%
    • Second teleport duration: 3s → 2s

    Unite Move: Infinite Psyburn

    • Damage: 19% decrease
    • Time opposing Pokémon are left unable to act: 1s → 0.6s

    Machamp

Due to the lack of defense stats, Machamp’s primary tactic became avoiding confrontations and sneaking from behind. So that Machamp can face opponents head-on like a true champion, defense stats and Submission have been buffed.

    Stats

    • Def: 98-490 → 100-510 (Lv.1-15)
    • Sp. Def: 64-320 → 70-350 (Lv.1-15)

    Submission

    • Damage: 23% decrease

    Snorlax

Despite the limitations on attack and movement speed, the shield obtained was too small for Block. Therefore, Block has been buffed.

    Block

    • Movement speed decrease: 45% → 30%
    • Shield: 50% increase

    Aegislash

There were many scenes where Aegislash couldn’t attack while in shield form or kept receiving attacks in sword form right in the middle of the enemy. Adjustments have been made to Iron Head and Sacred Sword to enable quick form changes.

    Iron Head

    • Cooldown: 7 sec. → 6 sec.

    Sacred Sword

    • Cooldown: 7.5 sec. → 6.5 sec.

    Gyarados

Waterfall and Aqua Tail, which had low usage rates due to their unique control feel, are adjusted to better align with trainers’ intentions. Additionally, knock-up has been added to Bounce to make it easier to hit the second stage of Aqua Tail.

    Waterfall

    • Cooldown between moves: 0.3 sec.→ 0.07 sec.

    Aqua Tail

    • Advance distance: 50% decrease

    Bounce

    • Charged Bounce now knocks up opponents on hit.

    Hoopa

Since Trick was significantly less favored than Hyperspace Hole, Trick has been buffed for diverse support strategies.

    Trick

    • Shield: 28% to 9% increase (Level 5 to 15)
    • Movement speed increase duration: 2 sec. →3 sec.

    Umbreon

Even in its pre-evolution state, Umbreon had high defense stats, making it quite powerful from the early stages of Unite Battles. Therefore, defense stats while Eevee are nerfed. Wish has been buffed to make Umbreon a viable option as a healing support. Additionally, Foul Play has been buffed to dive into the opponents as a defensive type.

    Stats

    • Def: 95-500 → 85-500 (Lv.1-15)
    • Sp. Def: 70-400 → 60-400 (Lv.1-15)

    Wish

    • Healing Amount: 20% increase

    Foul Play

    • Movement speed decrease: 25% for 2 sec. → 30% for 2.5 sec.
    • Second stage damage: 20% increase

    Azumarill

Whirlpool has been buffed since it had a relatively long cooldown. The Unite Move will now only target opposing Pokémon to prevent Azumarill from dashing toward wild Pokémon despite the trainers’ intentions.

    Whirlpool

    • Cooldown: 11 sec. → 10 sec.

    Whirlpool+

    • Cooldown: 9 sec. → 8 sec.

    Unite Move: Belly Bash

    • Now only targets opposing Pokémon

    Crustle

Crustle’s Unite Move could be interrupted by moves that prevent Pokémon from acting. This made it hard  to use at the best timing with max stacked passive. The Unite Move has been adjusted to be more reliable in the middle of team fights.

    Unite Move: Rubble Rouser

    • Becomes unstoppable for a short period at the beginning of the Unite Move

    Espeon

Since the damage output of Stored Power was too high for a move that is both safe and sure hits, its damage has been nerfed.

    Stored Power

    • Damage: 10% decrease

    Meowscarada

Due to its ability to deal more significant damage compared to other speed-type Pokémon, base Attack Stats have been nerfed.

    Stats

    • Atk: 160-660 →160-630 (Lv.1-15)

    Eldegoss

Boosted attack has been nerfed since its slowing effect was too high, which made Eldegoss one of the best Pokémon in the early stages of Unite Battles. While its main purpose was to protect allies, Pollen Puff and the Unite Move were dealing too much damage. Therefore, these moves have been nerfed.

    Boosted Attack

    • Damage: 15% decrease
    • Movement speed decrease: 30% for 1.5 sec. → 20% for 1 sec.

    Pollen Puff

    • Damage: 15% decrease

    Pollen Puff+

    • Damage reduction: 20% → 15%

    Unite Move: Cotton Cloud Crash

    • Damage: 13% to 17% decrease (Lv.9-15)

    Bug Fixes

    • Fixed the issue with Buzzwole’s Smack Down, where grabbing an opponent mid-air with Superpower will also deal Smack Down’s follow-up damage.
    • Fixed the issue with Trevenant’s Horn Leech, where the knockback distance was unintended.
    • Fixed the issue with Greedent’s Bullet Seed, which could spit seeds during Slowbro’s Slowbeam.
    • Fixed the issue with Miraidon’s Electro Drift, which caused unintended behaviors when the target was KO’d while charging the boosted Electro Drift.
    • Fixed the issue with Zeraora’s Wild Charge+, which left an area that deals damage even after the move finishes.

Are Console Commands and Cheats Available for Hades 2?

Currently, Hades 2 doesn’t have any built-in cheats or console commands, just like the first Hades game. But there’s a feature called God Mode in the settings menu that can make the game easier.

With God Mode on, Melinoe gets a Boon called Deus Ex Machina, which gives her 20% damage resistance plus 2% more each time she dies. It’s not the same as customizable cheats, but it’s the official support you’ll get.

To turn on God Mode, go to options, then gameplay, and toggle on the first option in the list.

If you’re looking for other cheat options, you’ll have to use third-party trainers. One popular trainer is WeMod for the Steam version of Hades 2.

It’s pretty basic for now, but it lets you make Melinoe invincible, have one-hit kills, set a damage multiplier, and adjust movement speed. Just be careful when using trainers because they’re not officially supported, and they can sometimes cause problems like crashes or messed-up saves.

Medieval 2 Total War Cheats: Unleash Your Inner Warlord

Looking for some Medieval 2: Total War cheats? Using cheats in video games has been around for a while, especially in strategy games like this one. Not every game has cheats, though. For example, Civ 6 doesn’t have them.

But Medieval 2: Total War is still popular, even though it’s an older game. It can be tough sometimes, so cheats can be a big help. You can use cheats to get more money or give your characters special traits.

We’ve made this guide to cheats and console commands to help you out. A big thanks to Steam user Sir_Calcium1066 for putting together a detailed guide. We’re only covering cheats you can use in the game without messing with any files because that’s more like modding than cheating.

  • College Football 25 Release Date Countdown: When Can You Hit the Gridiron?

College Football 25 Release Date Countdown: When Can You Hit the Gridiron?

EA Sports is gearing up to release College Football 25 very soon. They’ve been dropping hints every Friday that the game is almost here. Recently, they put up what seems to be a fancy version of the game on the PlayStation Store, for which fans can join a waitlist.

EA also put up a countdown timer on their website, saying there will be more news about College Football 25 in a week.

This timer ends on May 16 at 11 a.m. ET. Since EA already said the game will come out this summer, this countdown will likely lead to a big reveal trailer before the game comes out in July.

The deluxe edition cover gives us a sneak peek at what to expect. It features stars like Donovan Edwards from Michigan, Quinn Ewers from Texas, and Travis Hunter from Colorado.

This is the first time we have seen evidence of the over 10,000 deals EA has made with college football players nationwide for their names, images, and likenesses.

    College Football 25 Release Date

EA Sports has put a countdown on the official webpage for EA Sports College Football 25. The big reveal is set to happen on May 16 at 11:00 AM ET. There are just a few days until some exciting news comes for college football fans!

This morning, the PlayStation Store leaked the cover of the Deluxe Edition and a new screenshot. Both were taken down later on. The cover shows Donovan Edwards, Quinn Ewers, and Travis Hunter in the spotlight, but you can also spot Jalen Milroe, Carson Beck, and Quinshon Judkins.

The first College Football 25 trailer gave us a sneak peek at what’s coming in the series’ return. It showed realistic mascots, jerseys, locker rooms, and stadiums. Plus, it revealed the first four teams: Michigan, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama.

    College Football 25 Players

EA has been very cautious about getting real players for College Football 25, especially after the lawsuit we talked about earlier.

They’re offering players who agree to be in the game $600 and a free copy of the game as thanks for using their likeness. And it seems to work – more than 10,000 college athletes have agreed to participate.

But not everyone’s on board. For example, Texas quarterback Arch Manning, the nephew of NFL stars Peyton and Eli Manning, reportedly said no to being in College Football 25.

When players decline, they’ll be replaced with generic characters, and there’s no way to change their names or looks. Still, having 10,000 real players is a big deal. EA aims to have entire teams for every school in the game, and they’ve got 87% of real athletes signed up.

  • Is Deep Rock Galactic Crossplay? Rock and Stone with Friends Across Platforms!

Is Deep Rock Galactic Crossplay? Rock and Stone with Friends Across Platforms!

Curious if Deep Rock Galactic lets players on different platforms play together? This game by Ghost Ship Games got super popular on PC three years ago. People loved teaming up to mine, fix stuff, and fight aliens. Its mix of mining, shooting, and cool characters made it a hit.

Last year, it came to consoles, reaching even more players. But can you play with friends on different systems? Let’s find out about Deep Rock Galactic crossplay.

    Is Deep Rock Galactic Crossplay?

Is Deep Rock Galactic Cross Platform
Is Deep Rock Galactic Cross Platform

Deep Rock Galactic lets players on Xbox and PC team up, but there’s a catch. PC players must have bought the game from the Windows store to join Xbox players.

You can also team up across different PlayStation generations. So, someone on PS5 can play with a friend on PS4.

But, if you’re on PC or Xbox, you can’t play with friends on PlayStation. It’s a bummer because Deep Rock Galactic would be perfect for bringing gamers together across platforms.

Is Deep Rock Galactic Cross Platform?

As previously said, Deep Rock Galactic is a cross-platform game, meaning it can be played on a variety of platforms including Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation.

    Is Deep Rock Galactic Cross-gen?

Absolutely! Deep Rock Galactic is a cross-gen game. That means you can play it with friends, even if you’re on different devices. For instance, if you have a PS5, you can still play with friends who have a PS4, as long as everyone has the same version of the game.

This also works on Xbox! You’ll be able to team up in Deep Rock Galactic between Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.

Could Deep Rock Galactic Support Crossplay in the Future?

Here’s the scoop on Deep Rock Galactic’s crossplay from an old blog post released a year ago. The post talked about Season 2 but also spilled the beans on crossplay.

The developers said, “Console launch won’t have cross-play between PlayStation and Steam or Xbox, but it’ll support cross-gen play between PS4 and PS5. We’re still figuring out how to do crossplay, but we can’t promise anything – we’re a small team.”

It sounds like the developers want to add crossplay, but since they’re a small team, there’s no set release date yet. We’ll just have to wait and see!
