Something major is happening in Helldivers 2! Following a major update that balanced the game and some players noticing unusual ships, two new threats have emerged on Automaton planets.

First off, there’s this huge thing called the Factory Strider. It’s like a giant walking fortress with four legs. It’s got big laser guns, miniguns, and even a factory on board that spits out more bad guys as it moves around. And guess what? It’s not easy to find weak spots on this thing, says someone on Reddit.

Then there are these new gunships zooming around. They’re like speedy versions of those ships that drop off robots, but they shoot at us from the sky.

We thought we knew what they were before, but it turns out they’re different and they attack in groups. They shoot lasers and missiles, but we don’t know much else about them.

According to some other folks on Reddit, these gunships have a secret spot where they come from, sort of like a nest. And they’re really tough.

They’re armored flying machines with tons of firepower. And if you’re in an area with a couple of factories, you might have to deal with six of these things at once! Scary stuff, huh?

It feels like just yesterday we were talking about the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, but they’re not old yet. They’re probably about halfway through their lives. Sony says the PS5 is in its “latter stages,” but it’s only been around for three years, so it probably has about three more to go.

Players in the discussion talked about other ways to use the LAS-99 Quasar Cannon too. One player said you could take out tanks and turret towers with it, and even shoot down Automaton dropships in one hit.

The LAS-99 Quasar Cannon is new to Helldivers 2, but it’s already a favorite for many players. We’ll have to wait and see if the game developers think it’s too strong and nerf it in a future update.

But the MORS isn’t the only weapon from Advanced Warfare making a comeback. Leaks are saying the BAL-27 assault rifle will be back too. This gun was a big deal in Advanced Warfare multiplayer.

It’ll be interesting to see how the MORS changes things in Warzone. In Season 2, snipers got a boost when the XRK Stalker was improved, so we’ll have to wait and see how the MORS shakes up the game.

Big changes are happening at Xbox. It all started when Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, talked about changing the company’s strategy in February.

Some people thought Xbox games like Starfield and Indiana Jones might come to PlayStation, but that turned out to be wrong. However, Spencer did say that Xbox would try releasing some of its games on other consoles.

They announced that games like Pentiment, Grounded, Sea of Thieves, and Hi-Fi Rush would be available on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. This move could be smart for business, as Xbox is now looking at what games to release next.

The Into The Light update for Destiny 2 is bringing back the Forbearance grenade launcher, which has been a favorite among players for a long time. This update is great news for players who haven’t completed Raids before or for those who don’t own certain DLCs.

Along with Forbearance, other iconic weapons from Destiny 2’s past are also making a comeback. This includes some weapons that were previously retired from the game.

Forbearance, in particular, was a popular weapon in PvE activities. It will now be available as a reward in the Into The Light update. Players can earn it by spending Trophies of Bravery, a new currency earned in Onslaught activities.

This update is significant because it makes Forbearance accessible to more players, including those who don’t raid or who haven’t bought specific DLCs required to access certain content.

The reissued Forbearance won’t be the same as the original Raid-exclusive version. It will come with new perks, although the full list hasn’t been revealed yet. However, Bungie has confirmed that it will now roll Disruption Break.

Forbearance has always been known for its ability to clear out enemies quickly, especially with certain perks. With these perks returning in the reissued version, even casual players will have a chance to get their hands on one of the best grenade launchers in Destiny 2.

They’re also making some other changes to make the game better. Now, you can buy more items to change how your character looks after you’ve already made them. Before, you could only buy a few, but now you can get a lot more.

It’s also easier to get a house in the game, which is important because it affects your health and the items your companions find. At first, it’s hard to afford to sleep at an inn or campsite, but once you have a house, you can rest for free.

On the right side, you’ll see stuff like game captures, news, your wishlist, and online things like your friends list and what they’re up to.

You can now set custom backgrounds for Explore, but they only show up there, not on the whole PS5. You can pick if you want to see stuff from friends or solo.

According to a source who often reveals secret data before it is announced, the next Xbox controller will be called the Nocturnal Vapor. They believe it will be released in April, possibly in the first half of the month. This new controller could be a powerful competitor to Sony’s DualSense, a PlayStation controller.

Normally, new Microsoft controllers are not leaked until a few weeks before their release. But this one was different. It was leaked online back in September 2023. This occurred as a result of a mistake by the Federal Trade Commission, a government agency.

During a legal battle over Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard, they mistakenly leaked some secret Microsoft documents. These docs displayed the controller’s black-and-white appearance and stated that it would include haptic feedback, similar to the DualSense. The records also indicated the secret name, Sebile.

New Xbox Controller Release Date

Dealabs’ Billbil-kun says the new accessory will be called the Nocturnal Vapor. This suggests it will be part of the Vapor line of Xbox controllers. Microsoft released the Vapor controllers in late January and early February 2024.

The price for the Nocturnal Vapor is said to be $69.99, the same as the other Vapor controllers. Pre-orders are expected to start on April 2, according to the same source. Microsoft usually starts pre-orders when they announce new controllers.

The Chains of Hades is a new weapon in Fortnite that you can find in the game after the 29.01 update. It’s a special item that works like a mix between a melee weapon and a ranged weapon.

First, interact with the statue, and then get ready to battle some of his minions. After you’ve taken care of them, Hades himself will come down from his throne to fight you.

Once you beat him, he’ll drop the Chains of Hades, along with a weapon called Hades’ Harbinger SMG and something called a Fortnite Aspect of the Gods. These items will be helpful for different challenges.

If you don’t want to fight Hades, you can still find the Chains of Hades by searching in big chests found around The Underworld, Grim Gate, Mount Olympus, and Brawler’s Battleground areas. But remember, it’s all about luck whether you find the weapon in those chests or not.

If you’ve already fought and beaten Hades to get the Fortnite Chains of Hades, then you don’t need to worry about him anymore. Your best chance to use the Chains of Hades on an Olympian Boss is to go southeast to Grim Gate and find Cerberus there.

But if you got the Chains of Hades from a god chest, you can use it on any of the four Olympian Bosses. Just be aware that someone else might have already defeated them, so you’ll need to act fast. Remember, you only need to hit the boss once with the Chains of Hades to complete this quest.
